The dude that made my pizza was super nice. The pizza was pretty darn good. The spicy garlic on the crust is a must

Domino's or Pizza hut would have been a better choice. Marco's is better than all 3.
Had a med meat pizza and the stromboli. Both were soggy. Pizza had no flavor.
@ $37 I would expect it to at least taste good for that price. 👎👎👎

Decided to check out this place because Dominoes was closed, and I'm always excited to try new places. I ordered a large sausage & meatball pizza, and small garlic bites. Unfortunately all the other reviews were correct; the food is very very greasy. I could only have a few pieces of each, before getting rid of the rest. If grease is what you like, go for it. The prices weren't bad, and the sizes seemed decent.

They don't wash their hands, they are overpriced and very skim with their ingredients, white owl pasta is nasty, italian sub wasn't correct, staff was smoking cigarettes by the main door outside

First time ordered from them today. Not impressed the way pizza dough looked and tasted. They really need to improve on that. Secondly they burnt one side of pizza. I did call and mention it to them both issues. Other than that wings tastes good. Will give them another chance and let's see how they do. For now just a single star in my opinion.

The reviews for this place had me wondering whether or not my food would even get here. Well, 20 minutes later, it was here. Then I opened it up because I ordered two sandwiches and I wanted to eat half of each of them right now. They were bigger than I expected and smelled good. Guess what? They tasted good too. Now I haven't had their pizza but I'm thrilled with this place. I'm going to spend so much more money here. I don't think anywhere else will deliver a philly at 3am.

If I could rate this a negative 5 I would. Awful service. We are staying at a hotel and found a flyer for this place in our room. Assuming the hotel staff left it there, we ordered. The delivery guy never came inside he just called from his car and we didn't answer. We weren't expecting a call, why would he call a personal phone instead of having the front desk call the room like literally every other pizza delivery service? He drove off with pizza, we called him back and after yelling at us, saying he "waited in lobby for long time" he said he'd be back in 10-15 minutes. We waited and when he finally showed up he just called from outside saying he was "here". We didn't see him and asked him if he'd come inside. He did and then lied to us saying he came inside the first time. We double checked with the front desk, they said no one ever came inside. We tried talking to him about the situation but he just took the money and left quickly. (We did not tip and he wasn't even surprised. Apparently their service is so bad as a standard he wasn't even expecting one in the first place. Immediately after he left, the front desk told us they DO NOT reccomend Night Owl, that they are constantly having issues between this business and their guests. They have no idea how this flyer even ended up in our room. They also mentioned that one of the drivers tried to run over one of their security guards. When we went back to our room we realized we didn't even get everything we ordered. We called the manager to complain and they said they'd send us an extra dessert and talk to the driver. They sent the same driver to deliver the dessert. He texted the personal phone again informing us that the reason he didn't come inside is because he is in fact the driver who has been banned from going inside after a "small argument" with the security guard. Do not make the mistake of ordering from here. The staff and service is awful and the food was mediocre at best.

3 strikes and you're out. The first time I ordered from them we loved it (I had the antipasto salad, bf had chicken tenders). The second time they messed up both of our orders. I asked for extra red onion on my salad (apparently they don't use red onions on the Greek salads, although it's on the menu?), And my bf requested no ricotta cheese because he is allergic (they delivered with ricotta). I try to give every restaurant the benefit of the doubt, but this restaurant dropped the ball AGAIN. The White Owl pasta is DRY! They covered the top with cheese and it's so dry, I doubt there is Alfredo, and the dryness of the chicken indicates it has been sitting out all day Very disappointed.

My husband & I stayed the night in Marietta, just travelling through (on our way to Florida) and decided to order some food and try something new. The young man on the phone that took my delivery was very pleasant to speak with and made sure to repeat my order to me so there was confirmation that it was correct. He told us it'd be 40-50 minutes (which isn't bad for a Saturday evening in a busy area) it ended up being shortly after an hour that our food arrived, which wasn't too big of a deal. Our calzones were hot and delicious. They were HUGE, I didn't even finish mine! The reason why I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because our 'owl knots' were cold & extremely hard (which really disappointed me). All in all, it was a decent price for what we got and the people were very courteous.

They are really busy when I called which is understandable being really the only place open till 3am to deliver. My food came exactly when they said. They followed my directions. The food was hot and extremely good!!!! I ordered the Woodstock veggie pizza with white sauce and small Greek salad. This was soo good I inhaled 4 prices right away. These other people reviewing must suck. I'm happy to find late night plug for grub. Thanks guys for making my night!!! I'll be calling back soon!!:)

Ordered pizza at 1:30am, was told it would arrive in 45-50 min and it arrived in 55min. not bad. This is the only late night pizza spot near me that delivers!

The man who took my order was not friendly but was not rude. The man who delivered the pizza seemed friendly.

I ordered 3 pizzas. They came warm. Toppings were adequate. Crust wasn't that great. But the pizza itself, thin NY style, was good. It was greasy as others mentioned, but blotting it with paper towel solved that problem.

I would give the pizza 6.5/10. It's definitely better than majority fast food pizza spots (dominos, pizza hut). But it isn't gourmet or no where near the best I have ever.had. Howeverfor late night pizza (when no where else is open!), it exceeded my expectations! I would order from here again. Most late night pizaa places suck, so I was pleased with this restaurant

Night Owl used to be the best place in town, but has steadily dropped in quality over the past year. They went from baked wings to fried over a year ago, and now my most recent order saw them give me uncut (full-sized), lightly seasoned wings with some store-bought sauce packets instead of what every other wing place does.

Used to order from here every week or so. Won't be going back any time soon.

If I could give this place no stars I would . The pizza is cheap and soggy and don't expect them to get your sauces like ranch and blue cheese cause they would lie to you they lie and tell you there out when they forget to put in your bag.. The management is beyond rude and arnt understanding to there mistakes

I ordered the viggie sub, and veggie lasagna. The sub was OK the veggies is what gave the sub it's flavor. The lasagna I wanted to love so bad but it was filled with pasta and cheese. For almost $11 I was highly upset at the lack of vegetables I literally found one piece of an onion and one piece of a pepper and that was it for the veggies. The sub and the fact that they are open is what gave it the two star.

Great pizza, service leaves something to be desired though. We get the same guy on the phone every time, Yusef, and we almost always have problems. We literally wanted a chicken BBQ ranch pizza with hot sauce instead of BBQ sauce, not that hard to understand, and they get it wrong almost every time. After waiting an hour for our food we get our delivery and of course it's wrong. We call back and explain the confusion to the guy and he said he'd make us a new pizza and send it out. 45 more minutes go by and still no sign of the new pizza, so I call back and it turns out they haven't even started it yet. I guess the guy who answered the phone just said forget it and didn't tell anyone about the mess up. Thankfully when I called back for the 3rd time I talked to someone who knew what they were talking about. Also this guy was very nice and apologetic, but I didn't catch his name though. They refunded my money and let us keep the first pizza. Good food but not worth the 3 hour wait to get it, probably won't be ordering from this place ever again. It's a shame a place like this with such good food is losing customers to terrible service, and after reading some reviews it looks like I'm not the only one who feels this way. Clean house and get your act together.

I gave it 5 stars based on the positive experiences I have had. People are so quick to point out the negative and disregard any positive -- with that said:

    Cookies:
I don't know and don't care if the cookies are homemade or frozen -- they are so good, I literally need to eat them in quiet so I can savor the warm fresh baked goodness. ***A few times the cookies have arrived a little on the crispy side, but they are wonderful the next day***

    Pizza:
Reminds me of the great mall food court pizza! Hearty and indulgent. Classic pepperoni is great!!!

    Placing the Order:
I am patient. So I would rather someone ask me to repeat information that was not clear the first time versus making a mistake and just recording missing or misinformation.

    Delivery:
First, there is one guy who delivers that is gorgeous as hell so he is allowed to make mistakes --- and usually he's just the messenger. Remember, don't shoot the messenger.

All things considered, I give this place kudos. I mean lets be real -- the experience is generally on point but mistakes happen when you have inebriated and effed up customers crashing and coming down in the wee hours ;) I'd be a little frazzled delivering food to folks that might possible be in a drug-induced paranoia.
