My wife, family and I have been coming here for years.

I can give you many of success stories about getting out children and or pet stains, But I won’t. Just know that they’re great at what they do and if you’re spilled your adult beverage(s) it’s cool. LOL

And customer base is a vault. Lol 😂

Vineet and his family truly care about their customers. They are knowledgeable and always courteous. We have had our Persian rugs cleaned by them a few times now and have always had a great experience. We would hands down recommend Oriental Designer Rugs to anyone.

I was looking for a rug for my first house. My dad suggested Oriental Designer Rugs after having had a great experience buying a rug for himself here. I can't express how easy, and even fun, Vineet made rug shopping. He was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful in helping me get my bearings amidst all the options and quickly zero in on what I liked and could afford. My husband and I have bought numerous rugs over the past several years and Oriental Designer Rugs is by far the most professional merchant we have ever dealt with.
Vineet is so knowledgeable and was an amazing help in find just what we needed for our home. His knowledge is very impressive!

They have a good selection of styles and prices on rugs. The service was friendly and professional. We borrowed 4 rugs over the course of 3 trips back and forth to the store just to try them out on our floor and see how they looked in the room. They offer this service without any charge. We ultimately bought the one that looked perfect with our decor and are very happy with the price. When we're in the market for other area rugs, we'll definitely return here.

This review is quite delayed as I had two antique carpets professionally cleaned and verbally appraised by ODR this past winter. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in seriously purchasing an antique rug, having one cleaned, and/or having a rug appraised. The pricing is fair, the team is knowledgeable, and the customer service was exceptional. I would give Vineet and team five stars any day!!

We recently bought an area rug from ODR. We had no idea what we were looking for and wanted an actual store and not an on line only supplier. Although we felt overwhelmed with so many choices when we first arrived, the guys in the show room were awesome. They listened to what we were looking for and what price range we could afford. We took a cushion from our couch which helped us to choose the right carpet for our furniture. We were never pressured only supported in our choices. We were also advised to get padding, however it was very affordable and we did not feel forced into buying it. They delivered and installed for a very fair price. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for area rugs.

There were three key reasons why we went with Oriental rugs in order of importance to us - 1.) Knowledge of the staff in guiding us through the selections 2.) Wide range of selections and 3.) Flexibility in working with us in that I mean we could take the rug and try it out for a few days. When it comes to rugs, unless you are looking for value ONLY, understanding the different types and kinds is very important. Buyers often tend to focus on price however rugs is one of those things that can stay with you for a long time and for that, you may have to spend more - material, workmanship, regional skills matter when it comes to making the right selection. This was demonstrated by the staff at Oriental rugs better than any other Atlanta store we visited. Another aspect was patiently working with us as we made them show us over a 100 rugs before making our selection. If you want a TRUSTED rug adviser, WIDE selection, and HIGH LEVEL of customer service, then this is the place for you, PERIOD.
