Very disappointed with the Service Department. I call and paid in full as this is the only way to get on the service list. It took 5 to 6 calls over 3 months to just get a tune up done. I was told ever time someone would call me back to set the appointment. Never got a call till the last call. I was told they are very busy. Just not very good customer service. The tech was great when he finally got here and that is why I give them 2 stars.

I recently had a generator installed. From my sales guy David to the installers Dustin and Mark. A-1 customer service.
Communicated and on time. Very professional and a fair price.
We are waiting on a power outage with confidence.
Ready for the next Big thing.

I'd like to start by saying that you have an AWESOME team at the Sharpsburg Georgia location. Your administration staff (Brian and Chelsea) along with Mark and his team of professionals were amazing from start to finish. When Mark and his crew showed up, you would have thought they did a rehearsal prior to the installation. They set up in different sections of the house and went to work. Once completed, the work they did was VERY DETAILED from the plumber painting the pipes, the wire that went through the attic was secured to 2x4's and not just laying on the floor, and the fuse/power box was installed to perfection. The team was extremely professional, but was also very serious about there work. My 22k Generator looks and perform extremely well (I smile every time I see it ). My only regret is that I did not see them take a break, and if I would have known that they were going to work nonstop, I would have had some pizza and cokes delivered. It is very clear that this crew stays focused on getting the job done

In summary, you have a great team that's doing wonderful things for you Mr Perkins. Without a doubt, they are the best in the business.

In the aftermath of Irma, our generator suddenly stopped at 8:00 pm after running around 4hrs. We called Chuck Perkins, the owner, who didn't hesitate to respond to our need. He could have said that they would respond tomorrow, in light of the storm, but he sent Josh out who instantly diagnosed the problem. Chuck and his staff understand and deliver exceptional customer service. He also has a great administrator in Heidi, another reason for this superb service delivery.
