Not a bad company. I was a field engineer for a little over a year. They took pretty good care of us.. 401ks, insurance etc. etc I only left to take a stab at starting a business. It was good experience over-all.. they offered a good amount of continuing education along the way, They didn't skimp on the latest technology either (like another large construction company I was with). Most people were great to work with. Tip: If you're not into working 60 hours or more a week I wouldn't waste my time. If you think you are a hard worker, they can help you know for sure, lol. I'd probably work there again if other things didn't pan out in the future.

READ THIS:: My girlfriend was a temp for them and she was constantly being disrespected by the HOLDER employees. She was constantly disrespected, getting cursed out, threats of being sent home etc. Terrible I would give them negative stars if they were available!

I wish I could give this company negative stars, because they are by far the worst company I have ever had the displeasure to work with. Moreover these people are some of the most rude and clueless people I've ever come across. they seem to have no life outside of work and they are going to make sure you don't either. A 12 to 16 hours day Monday through Saturday is common with them. I also wouldn't trust anything these people build and I'm not even sure how they stay in business with the way they do business. It's in your best interest to stay as far away from this cancer of a company as you can.
I want to make this clear it may be different working for them, however as someone who has to deal with them on a daily basis through another company they dump all over you. They will make comments like (" you work for us and you'll stay all night if we say so"). they talk down to you and straight up lie to you and laugh while they do it and that's not an exaggeration, that actually happened.
so what I'm trying to say is if you are looking to do work for them think twice.Everything I said here is NOT an exaggeration.response / report this review -

Best by far to do business with ! Prompt with Emails ! Getting back promptly to questions . Going above to make sure the job is complete I’m a timely manner . Would definitely use them again . Was a pleasure working with them .
