I've visited this place one weekend with my wife. We visited both the US and the Canadian side. We started off on the US side and were amazed at the natural beauty. We also rode on the maid of the mist which was well worth the $20 fee. The US side is a national Park and has that kind of a feel to it. When you go across the border to the Canadian side it's more like a tourist kind of area. A lot more stuff to do but also kind of cluttered. Crossing the border in both directions was extremely easy. The patient answered the questions and don't crack any jokes

Breathtakingly eye popping natural beauty that keeps you at awe.
O highly suggest a trip to Niagara Falls State Park. There are several different falls to see and enjoy. Take the tram for $3 each person and have the guided tour take you past each of the falls. The tram operators are friendly and informative and really try to show everyone a great time. I highly suggest riding The Maid of the Mist (boat ride) out to view the falls up close, Or choose to walk the caverns under the falls.
Both are amazing experiences during the summer months.
Located just outside the park is plenty of shopping and souvineers.

Late Autumn is a glorious time of year to visit the Falls. Beautiful trees and the Niagara river is full with rushing water and white mesmerizing rapids. The falls are so grand to behold! And best of all, there are surprisingly few people at this time, thus making our visit feel all the more more intimate and personal. Everyone needs to see the Niagara Falls at least one time in their lives. I recommend doing it right now and remember to enjoy the moments!

One of the worlds natural beauty spot. The views of the falls is amazing. There are two or three ferry centers who gives the opportunity to go and enjoy the views closer to the falls. I prefer standing on the upper deck of ferry as the views are very clear. The rainbow appears all the time on the falls and it is magnificent to see them together. I visited the site both morning and night, both of them are good. Night time they have colors projecting on the falls that makes it to look more beautiful!

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, STUNNING, BREATH TAKING!! A great place to have a honeymoon! It can get busy!!! I recommend doing the Maid of the Mist boat and Tunnel of winds! Super cool! It was 40$ per person for both attractions but well worth it! At night they light up the falls and do fireworks over the bridge to Canada! Spectacular!

Unforgettable experience!!!! Loved it!!! Surprise trip for my wife's birthday and it was a success. She was extremely pleased with the surprise. I earned a year worth of brownie points in just 48hrs. Lol. I would suggest you to stay in some hotel and walk around Niagara. the Niagara official app will guide you through your visit to Niagara!!!

Gotta love this place. Friendly staff. Well maintained. Gives you great views from different lookouts. Can walk or take trolley around park . Must do Maid of the Mist. Top of the Falls restaurant has great view of horseshoe falls, tasty food, very efficient and friendly staff. And not too expensive for the location.

Niagara Falls State Park is breathtaking beautiful, safe and easy to access for walking, pushing strollers, and driving wheelchairs. (If nature isn't your favorite feature, the place is packed with a expansive variety of cultures, clothes and languages from the widespread crowd it draws from all over the world!)

The park, itself, is free. Parking costs vary, depending on what lot the visitor chooses. There are many options of extra activities to do at the park that do cost money. Depending on the visitor's budget and time available, one can choose helicopter tours, boat rides near enough to the Falls to be doused with mist (ponchos are provided), informational movies, museums, cave exploration, food, plenty of souvenir shopping and much more! If cost is prohibitive, one can merely mosey about for no cost other than time spent around birds, squirrels, waterfalls, bridges and flower filled walkways occasionally shaded by a towering tree.

Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a bottle of water and a fully charged camera!

We stopped by at night and enjoyed wonderful views from the American side. It was well lit, felt safe, and populated.

There where coin operated binoculars costing 25¢ that seemed in good condition.

While we were there, the $10 parking fee was waived after 6pm. This was noted by pink flyers, and the exit gates being opened.

I would recommend stopping here

Although everyone raves about the Canadian side, this is such a fun and exciting place to go! From the lush quiet gardens to the aquarium to the cave of wind (a MUST do) it's accessible for all and offers a variety of experiences and activities. You're close to downtown and for 4 dollars you can shuttle comfortably and get a mini-tour. Go here. You'll love it!

Beautiful place to visit and walk around. It has excellent views of the falls, especially if you go up to the observation deck. Also I recommend walking to Goat Island. If you are able, visit from both the American and Canadian side, it's worth it. Also attractions like Cave of the Winds and Maid of the Mist are definitely worth checking out if you want the full experience.

Love this place. Awesome sights and sounds. Yes, the Canada side has more things to do, but you need to experience both sides. I like the calmness of this area. Can't wait to come back next year.

I really enjoyed visiting this park which offers incredible views of the falls. The park has recently been renovated and is very inviting. The walking paths offer several observation points on the way to the main viewing areas for American, Bridal Veil and Horseshoe Falls. Plenty of benches available to just sit and take in the views. Make sure you walk all of Goat Island and wander over to Three Sisters Island where you will be rewarded with a stunning view of the Canadian rapids. The Park employee we met there was a wealth of information and so friendly! Very clean restrooms, too.

What can I say, it's one of the places you must visit at least once in your life, I went off season where parts of it were covered in snow as well! Beautiful views both Canadian and New York side. Note that this is a state park so they won't overcharge you with anything. If you go off season, wrap up else you will lose the feeling to your face very quickly.

It's beautiful any time of year! Be prepared in the winter months to bundle up - it can be quite chilly when the wind is blowing! Wear good walking shoes as there is a lot of walking to do along the paved trail. It's definitely worth the trip!
