Matias Carrasco was professional and patient with us as landlords. He worked hard to make sure we would have suitable tenants in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend his services!

NextGen Realty overall is the best realtor company that I worked with, especially Adilet, who found me a great apartment for a great price. Also he is a kind of person who puts customer’s interest first. I am so glad that I met him and he did all his best to find me the best apartment. Thanks Adilet, you are the best!!!

As an undergraduate student that had to find housing in the middle of the semester due to an unfortunate set up, me and my roommate were in quiet the bind. Hank did a stellar job advocating for us to the landlord on behalf of our situation, ending up getting us an absolutely gorgeous brand new space for the two of us within our budget. He helped make the process streamlined and stayed in constant communication throughout the move. Highly recommend this company for any of your realty needs. Thanks again Hank!!!!

Hank Carias of Nextgen Realty proved invaluable in finding the right tenant for my newly renovated apartment in Jamaica Plain. He provided me with good information on the rental market so I was able to get a good rental rate.

Had the best experience using NextGen realty this past year. My roommates and I worked with Sarah Ericson and she was an absolute pleasure. After having a terrible experience in the previous year, Sarah was a breath of fresh air. She was very attentive and made sure we were making the right decision. She cared about where we were living and made the entire process very easy. I cannot say enough how amazing she was. I highly recommend using her at NextGen realty, you won't be disappointed!

My Realtor Kristian Kotov was awesome! He worked with me over a long period of time to help me move into my apartment. I changed what i was looking for and location a few times, and he was always responsive and came with creative problem solving to match my needs. He went above and beyond to make sure I got what I was looking for. I would absolutely recommend NextGen and more importantly Kristian Kotov

Lydia Leonard has been extremely helpful in our process of finding a good apartment. My wife and I were satisfied with the very first apartment she showed us. I had told her about our preferences, the kind of apartment we wanted and the amenities. She came up with the best available. She was always proactive with giving a heads up for whats next and took care of the everything pretty smooth. I am glad we were relaxed while Lydia was doing all the hard work. Great work Lydia. Keep it up.

Hank Carias at NextGen Realty was great and worked to get us the apartment we wanted! Finding an apartment in Boston can be tricky but Hank was readily available with answers to my questions and made the process much better. He is super professional but also very friendly. I would recommend him!

As it was my first experience of renting an apartment, one can only imagine how overwhelming it was to acquaint myself with all the intricacies involved before signing the lease and finding a perfect place. I am beyond happy with our agent Adilet, who did a great job of listening carefully to my and my two other roommates' all the different needs and requests, looking tirelessly for all the available and best options, being always easy to reach and enthusiastically answering all our questions and completing all the paperwork and additional stuff brilliantly! At the end we ended up with the best apartment possible within our budget and the most perfect location, that we could not even dream of, and listening to other students' complaints about other agencies, I am extremely happy that we were so lucky to have Adilet by our side, as we never had a single second of a bad experience that is so common in other peoples' experiences, on the contrary it was very easy, efficient and fully positive! I would recommend and personally vouch for Nextgen realty and Adilet in particular to everyone! BIG THANKS!!!

Extremely unprofessional. Did not keep appointments I made and will not do anything to help you. They made false promises of helping me find an apartment with them. I stopped looking in other places because I thought I was going to be able get the help I needed to look for what I want. They wasted my time in coming here.

If you are looking for a reliable, honest, quick, 5 star service, go with Hank Carias. Hank was extremely professional and very informative during our recent apartment search in the Brookline area. He answered every question we had and if he could not answer he researched and got back to us within the hour. He was readily available and made the process seem easy which is rare. I cannot recommend Hank enough, thank you for all of your help!

Alexandria Seifi is an awesome leasing agent. She listened to my needs and met my exceptions. Alex was always on time and communicated schedule changes. I highly recommend her and am looking forward to continue working with her.
