We stayed at this location this past weekend and it was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. It's an older inn in Blowing Rock but I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Enjoyed the stay and it is centrally located for all the attractions and adventures.

My family stayed here a while back, this little motel is a little older, but our room was immaculately maintained. The owners were amazing, the price was extremely reasonable, and the location was really handy. The price was so good, that we ended up staying an extra day, and letting the kids have at the pool.
Make no mistake, this is not a typical "5 star" hotel, but if you are looking for a nice, clean, reasonably priced room, with a really nice outside pool, and wonderful staff. This is it.response / report this review -

There was good points and bad points, the bed was very uncomfortable, the air conditioner was right over the bed and did not keep the room cool, parking near my room was not easy, and I could hear the family next door. Now for the good points it is in a convient location to all the local activities, the owner seemed nice, the room was clean, and the pool was heated.

Good basic room. Comfortable and clean beds. The bathroom was a little run down, but overall a pleasant experience.
