I worked with Eric for the paperwork for a studio rental for my daughter. He was efficient, clear and pleasant to work with. The rental agreement (co-signing on my part) was seem less. He also very efficiently got my daughter into see the apartment. Very professional company to work with.

Brendon Bernazzani was an incredible help with resolving a very suboptimal situation that had occurred with a previous apartment that my friends and I had planned to rent.

He was prompt, helpful, professional, and very easy to contact when ever needed. A proactive employee, Brendon made the process seamless. 5 Stars to Brendon!

I would highly recommend your agency to anyone in need of apartment hunting assistance

My experience was very positive. I was trying to rent an apartment in Cambridge during the previous month while still in Stockholm, but didn't make much progress. Only when I arrived in Boston and met Jeremy Raynor at Apartment Rental Experts did things start moving quickly. Within just one day a suitable option was located and rental agreement signed. Next day I could pick up the keys to the apartment in central Cambridge. Everything was done in efficient and professional manner, and I greatly appreciate Jeremy's help.

Thank you Apartment rental expert, we've found the best house we could ever ask for. It was great to work with Eric Raynor, who had been very helpful and supportive! We took awhile to find a third roommate and Eirc had been patiently helping out with showings and effective communication with the landlord. He also responds quickly! We couldn't ask for a better agent! Check out their website if you're looking for housing, they've got some really nice resources!

This was a very positive experience. Jeremy Raynor was a dream to work with. He always kept us informed, and when a listing we were interested in was rented, he immediately sent us other available listings that met our criteria. We found an excellent apartment with his help, and wouldn't hesitate to use him in the future. Of all the rental agents I contacted during my search, this was the only company that was helpful and friendly. These guys rock!

I had a great experience with Apartment Rental Experts. My friend and I found an apartment through them, specifically working with Jeremy Raynor. He was wonderful to work with, and he made the process of finding and ultimately signing for our place incredibly stress-free and easy. He also worked with us while he was on vacation, so that should give you a good idea of the kind of guy he is.

In summary: great service. Ask for Jeremy.

I had such a positive experience working with Eric Raynor! I was pretty stressed about finding an apartment that would match my budget/location parameters, but Eric showed me a great selection and ultimately helped me find the perfect place. I really liked that he sent me a PDF of all the apartments we viewed afterwards, which really helped me stay organized and make an informed decision. He was friendly and always very responsive over email and phone. I truly felt like he had my best interests at heart. I would 10/10 recommend working with Apartment Rental Experts to anyone I know!

I worked with Jeremy Raynor in the Central Square office, and my experience could not have been better. He really listened to us and found us places that had everything we were looking for at a variety of price points within our budget. He set up initial showings the very next day after we initially contacted him. He was extremely responsive by email, phone, and text. We were able to secure a great apartment with relative ease, and I cannot recommend him highly enough!

My experience with Apartment Rental Experts was great. It was a pleasure to work with Jeremy Raynor. Jeremy was organized (he had everything ready to look at apartments before we arrived), extremely responsive to emails, texts and phone calls, and listened to the needs of our group to show us some great places. He was also very easy going and put zero pressure on us to make a decision about an apartment before we were ready. I would highly recommend working with Jeremy for anyone looking to rent in Cambridge or Somerville.

I had an amazing experience with Apartment Rental Experts and Ezra made it worth every last star. My boyfriend and I had been searching around online for a while trying to find the perfect first place, and Ezra was the first agent to respond to any of our inquiries. He agreed to meet with us the next day and somehow magically took us to our dream apartment in 10 minutes, and the place wasn't even one on our list. We thought that was just luck until we realized we had forgotten our checkbooks. He offered to drive me home to get mine and drive us back to the office in order to complete the deal before our potential competition checked the place out. It wasn't far, but I never would have expected that to happen. When we were waiting for approval, Ezra was super helpful, encouraging, and kept us up-to-date with all of the information we needed. He was clearly just as excited as we were when we got it, too. I couldn't have asked for a better apartment.

Thanks, Ezra! I can't wait for July!
