WE HAD TO EVACUATE FROM OUR FL HOME BECAUSE OF THE HURRICANE IRMA SO WE WENT TO THIS PLACE WHICH IS OUR FAVORITE PLACE THAT WE HAVE STAYED AT MANY TIMES..WE HAD TO STAY A WEEK WHICH WAS FINE..THE LADY AT THE DESK HELPED US OUT BY NOT CHARGING US MORE FOR THE WEEKEND BECAUSE THAT'S WHEN THE RATES ARE HIGHER..SHE HELPED US IN EVEY WAY SHE COULDPLUS THE LADY THAT TENDS TO THE ROOMS IS VERY SWEET AND HELPFUL HER NAME IS PEARL.LOOKING FORWARD TO GOING BACK SOON!

Over twenty bites from somthing still unidentified. 10 days later and im still itching and oozing. They had the nerve to suggest i let a mosquito in the room. I shined a flashlight on the ceiling in 115 and there are nymphs everywhere. I got over twenty bites from fleas i am assuming. At 3 am i finally showered and slept in my truck. I was with another couple who had booked the rooms so i settled for another room instead of making a scene. I was given room 101 on the opposite side of the motel . It was obviously a smoking room and had excessively more stains on the carpet than our previous room 115. Later i was told it was a pet friendly motel. It is absolutely disgusting. It has scarred my vacationing experience for life. I will be posting pictures of my bites. I have been ravaged by chiggers before and never experienced anything like this.

The front desk lady was rude. The room wasn't very clean. There was dog food on the floor up against the baseboard that wasn't ever cleaned up. There were pee spots on the floorassuming from the dog. The fridge had stinky leftover food from who knows how many guest ago. Pillows were flat. Smoke burn stains on the sheets. I guess it was a place to stay for 6 hours but interesting finds in the room.

Absolutely the best relaxation we have enjoyed in years. Comfortable and clean efficient rooms and a patio with rocking chairs that have a gorgeous view of the river. We will be coming back and will always stay here while in Cherokee from now on!

It is ok but internet is bad takes forever to load up. The swimming pool is across the street. Prices are a bit pricey 💗💋

Wonderful place to stay to relax , has a private balcony with a awesome view of the river. Clean rooms and very convenient to just about anything you want or need. The Newfound Restaurant across the street has great food as well. Defintely will be coming back.

My absolute favorite place to stay while in Cherokee NC. Clean, awesome view of the river on your own private deck with rocking chairs. Friendly staff that will meet your needs in fast sufficient time.
