Easy to book a ride home from a minor surgical procedure where I was not able to drive myself or take a ride service that could not sign me out. They were friendly, on-time, reasonably priced, and reliable.

I have been working in long term care for over 20yrs and as a social worker in long term care for over 10 of those years now and I have never had a cabulance company bend over backwards and go above and beyond the call of duty the way New Transport has for me. I was in a jam trying to find a last minute ride for a client and had called every agency I have ever worked with to no avail. Upon my last call I asked the dispatch person if there were any other companies they knew of and they gave me New Transports name/number. BEST REFERRAL EVER. Not only did New Transport answer their phone right away (I leave a lot of voicemails in my line of work) but, they also walked me through their website scheduling process and allowed me to book for same day with no added fees or questions asked.
When I called them again today for another last minute additional appointment it was the same person who answered and he remembered my name, my clients name and location of appointment without needing prompting or anything from me.
I am sure they deal with many clients, social workers, clinics, etc., so just the fact that Victor (New Transport) remembered all of that information and was still able to bend over backwards for a second client has made them my favorite company to deal with, hands down.
The other great thing is their pricing is WAY better than the competition and I received great feedback from my client about the driver as well!

I used New Transport to take my husband and I to Swedish hospital. We had a very hard time finding suitable accommodations because no one was willing to pick us up from Port Hadlock by 4am. The lady I spoke to was very kind and understanding, she took my appointment down and assured me we would make it on time. Our driver was friendly, and respectful. He took care to drive more carefully as I get car sick easy. When we arrived the driver helped get my husband to the entrance and offered me an umbrella. We made it to his surgery appointment with a few minutes to spare.

I had an all around great experience, and would definitely recommend this company to anyone that is looking for reliable and professional service, as I will definitely using them again in the future.

I just wanted to let you know that Archbishop's friend that he went to visit on Christmas Day just called and said that the driver was exactly on-time dropping off Archbishop, and arrived 15 minutes early to pick him up, which is the best and most timely service she has ever experienced with any cabulance or transport service of any kind -- and on a major holiday, no less. So she wanted to thank you and the driver for that, and keep his info so we can request him in the future.

they are the best, the pickup process is quick and easy. called ahead of time their office and scheduled time and they showed up on time and picked me up, took me to my destination, waited for me and dropped me back off. drivers are courteous and nice, billed insurance directly, no hassle.
