I visited the Twilight Zone today I would say about my experience that it was a joke, but it wasn't funny at all to pay 100$ for such a mess. I've read a few reviews - unfortunately after my purchase - where the owner describes the employees as "world-class designers", but I've never seen anything like this in my entire life before. I walked into the shop, and ordered a dozen roses. I even asked my "world-class designer" to make a nice bouquet out of it. After that, he, the "designer" took the roses out of the pot, threw two greeneries and one more decorative element on the side, and immediately, without any arrangement or tying it together, started wrapping it around with a paper. I asked him if this is his idea of an organized bouquet, and to please do something with it, but he just wanted to cut the stems. I was told to pay before it was ready, and being in a rush, I didn't want to start an argument, so back in my office later, I rearranged it myself. I should have gone to a grocery store in order to save about 70$ and make it decorative. Disgusted.

I'm in Los Angeles and needed to send flowers to a teammate in Washington to congratulate her on a win. Caruso was recommended by a friend in DC. The flowers were gorgeous and my teammate was so impressed, she even showed them off on our zoom meeting. Timely delivery during a busy time in DC. Will definitely use them again.

I ordered a sympathy standing spray on a Saturday for a funeral service in Washington, DC on Monday. Given the ongoing pandemic I was concerned that the flower delivery would not arrive on time.
When I arrived at the service I saw that it had not only been delivered on time, but the flowers were lush and vibrant and the arrangement was lovely. Very pleased with Caruso's service and would recommend them highly!response / report this review -

I ordered premium flowers and was extremely disappointed with the arrangement. I would have selected and put better myself by getting flowers from the grocery store. It was definitely not worth the 100 dollars spent. Although they attempted to make up for it by sending second set which wasn’t any better than the first one. They also would not refund any money back.

I ordered a Goodness and Light bouquet for my wife's birthday. It was prepared and ready on time, and was a nice large arrangement, both of which I very much appreciated. The service was prompt and attentive. It's winter, which can change the flower options; however, I wasn't wild about the substitutions. I specifically chose a bouquet at the premium level that would be filled with color without lilies because my wife is rather scent-sensitive and is always concerned about stains from the pollen. Instead, the bouquet relied heavily on lilies, most of which were closed, and some flowers that were green-tinged, so the entire arrangement seemed sparse and lacked color. The vase was a more traditional heavy glass vase rather than the clear cylinder shown in the photo example. It is pretty and I'm sure will be very nice in a day or two, but it diverged from the photo more than I would have expected.
I've got to give thanks and recognition to the outstanding repsponse from Caruso to my original review. Well done, and in the end my wife was pleased with the bouquet. Thank you for the attention and service. I'll be back.response / report this review -

Caruso's opens at 6:00 a.m.! We ordered a beautiful basket of birthday flowers and a box of chocolates for our son's girlfriend to be delivered to her office on their first run of the day. They didn't let us down, and we saw the photos - she said they were the talk of the office. Thanks Carusos!

I just want to said that I don't think that I ever will use this place again they come late no the flowers that show in the picture and luck like they are not organized. First time I use this place and last one too! So sad for the gift I sent to my sister birthday!

They did a beautiful job on a sympathy wreathe I ordered for a service over Memorial Day Weekend. This little floral shop has been around for a long time as my wife used to buy my corsages for prom back in the day and then a gorgeous rose bouquet for me on my wedding day almost 16 years ago! Glad to see they are still around and delivering happiness in the form of the prettiest floral arrangements.

I called for a late delivery on Saturday and they were unable to deliver until the next day Sunday which was great. I was actually amazed they would deliver on Sunday. However I was very disappointed with the arrangement, which was a birthday gift. I asked for hydrangeas and some roses. The arrangement consisted of one hydrangea and 5 roses with filler and a Berber daisy. I spent 125.00. Sadly, I feel they could have done better. I felt embarrassed at my gift.

I ordered two arrangements for performer friends on fairly short notice. Caruso Florist discussed them in detail with me and delivered them on a Sunday. One performer told me later that the roses were the largest she had seen and had lasted 10 days. I was more than satisfied.

Delivered a Teleflora order that was the "standard" version when I had ordered and paid for the "deluxe" version. Rec'd a partial refund. I just wanted the correct arrangement delivered!!!

Pamela is the best at suggesting arrangements. Today she helped us suggesting a mixture of white lilies on a purple glass vase!!! Lovely!!! Sissy is also great!
