Helpful gate guard
First couple of times, it was difficult to get a hold of someone if I press '0' for operator, but after trying a different digit, I got thru to a brother named Thamer, and he was very helpful and patient with answering the questions I had in regards to entering Dubai. Genuinely impressed, thanks Thamer! May Allah swt bless you!
Very clean and organized!
Great people and staff there amazing customer service very fast and welcoming, #1 hospitality!!!
Called and was told to hold on while the lady took another call. I heard her entire conversation talking to her friend and asking if the husbandwas ok. I guess she didn't know I wasn't on hold.
Very welcoming polite staff & quick service too , ((unlike my experience with other embassies who took ages to even answer an email, ))
Immensely helpful and responsive to phone calls, questions and other requests and actually care for their citizens.
Horrible. They never know the answer to a question. Very rude & disrespectful.
Amazing and Timely service.. They listened to all my concerns and they resolved it..
thanks
Terrible!!!
As a home health agency I would never do business with them and I would never recommend anyone to do business with them unless you make a contract with them that abides to US laws.
Without that they are immune and untouchable since they are considered a foreign government.
Best staff and best Service
Embassy does not help US citizens with debt payment from local citizens which were pardoned by President. Their Abu Dhabi Dewan's office which is responsible for debt payment says they have not received money yet. Been 12 years with same excuse and now they changed their phone number. No website available also for Abu Dhabi Dewan's Office. Embassy officials unhelpful
Best Embassy ever, service was quick and employees were nice
Hello,
My sons Aziz (7) and Taha (4) went to Dubai on July 17, with a return date back on Sept 4th.
1 month of Visa is provided basis of US Citizen, the rest of the period my wife took them to local immigration office on Sheik Ziyad Road to get an extension for remaining days. The local office immigration officer wrote in Arabic on their passport (which apparently was confirmed to be Visa number at the airport) stating that their VISA has been extended for remaining days and it has been updated in the system. My wife asked if you can provide the paper and asked for her name of the local immigration office, also asked are you sure, the officer gave none and just said 1 month your country (USA) gives you visa the remaining visa will be provided free by UAE.
On the return date of Sept 4, to my wife's horror she was stopped at the security office and asked to pay fine for overstaying 13 days for my son Aziz and Taha i.e. 1500 AED each. The local immigration officer was not only rude but kept asking what proof do you have that their extension is done. My wife showed her what was documented on the passport by the local immigration officer. The immigration officer laughed and threatened her that you will not be able to board your flight without paying the fine. The local Police Office even dared to catch the hand of my wife, my wife told her don't touch me and was crying the entire journey. My wife could not withdraw that much amount from the ATM to her last minute her brother came back with the fine. My wife was left crying all alone when departing Dubai with 2 kids.
Either this is a highly organized rigged SCAM that is going on locally that I want you to be aware which is leading to unnecessary harassment and unpleasure trip when departing Dubai.
Or giving a benefit of doubt this is a miscommunication and system was not updated?
Either way I am filing for a refund of my 3000 AED and I would like to pursue this as soon as possible.
Contact Me ASAP.
Worst experience ever! The Sudanese guy at the front dealing with forms is seriously the rudest person ever and denied my POA without any explanation. He cost me money and time and didn't even care to explain. Not a good representation of the UAE
One of the best I have ever visit and the service s is excellent.
Unhlepful with payments for Presidential pardons in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
