Always great service here. This time only needed air in older RV that had been in storage for 3 years. They put air in tires no charge and then assisted me to get started after when starter wouldn't engage again no charge.
Previously have done repairs and accessory installation on both my RV's and trailer, have been happy with quality and price. They also worked with my aftermarket warranty company so no out of pocket except for deductible. They sell propane and offer waste dump on site for free.response / report this review -

My wife and I decided we wanted to purchase an R. V. as a way to get away and spend more time together. Having purchased other trailers from GGT I knew that I would be able to get an R. V. Package that suited our needs without all the hard sell sometimes experienced at other showrooms.
The salesman Steve Britain gave us smart guidance while also allowing us to browse on our own. After we decided on a North Triail Caliber Steve and Ron a service manager helped me get my truck set up to handle the trailer. Everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Golden Gait Trailer.

From the purchase to the delivery of the motorhome was a very easy and satisfying time. Bill G, the salesperson that I dealt with, made the deal go very smoothly. I would definitely purchase from Golden Gait again when the time comes. There were some issues come up on the manufacturer's side and Golden Gait and Bill C., the sales manager, came to bat for me for a satisfactory resolution. I feel like I got a fair deal on my trade and on my purchase.

We purchased our motor home back in May. We were first time buyers. Bill G. in the sales dept was very thorough walking us thru the entire purchase. He even went so far to respond quickly to a question we had while on our first trip.
Since May, we had to bring the coach in twice for a few minor fixes. Worked with Steve B in the service dept for both visits. He always kept us up to date on the progress. Both he and the service folks made sure the fixes were done correctly and completed before our next trip.

This is a follow up to my previous review. I had to bring my new coach back for a few things to be taken care of. Ron the service manager and Tim the GM really went out of their way by going to bat for me. They were able to get the manufacturer to satisfy the work needed with no cost to me. They got the approvals needed in time, performed the work, and my vacation was not delayed one minute. Simply a GREAT JOB by really nice people who go the distance for their customers!!

Picked up our new Thor Aria 3601 on Thursday. Fantastic job by the sales and service team. During the PDI we found the Coach was in excellent condition. A couple of minor adjustments here and there were immediately taken care of with courtesy. The accessories I wanted on the coach were installed and the staff couldn't have been more attentive to explaining and assisting us. Friendly, sincere, with attention to detail. I will have my RV serviced here even though it is a little out of my way. Awesome job by Matt, Tim, Bill and Ron. Keep up the good work!!

Great products great service! I had a Leonard enclosed trailer years ago so I knew how a trailer could wear. I was impressed by how much heavier duty the ones here were. Purchased a 16' dual axle enclosed trailer. Many great quality touches from the latches to the jack. The young blond lady that helped us was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and had us in an out in just a few hours. We were so impressed we bought a dump trailer also last month. I haven't seen anything that even comes close to the quality of this dump trailer and all options including the hydraulic jack and spring loaded cargo cover came standard with this line. Really, there is four times as much bracing and strength points as I have seen with other competitors dump trailers. They gave us a tour in the garage showing all the amazing work they are doing with their RV division. It's great to know they can get us repaired quickly for work if we ever need them. We highly recommend these products and the team we worked with here at this location!

Salesman gave us a very quick drive bynever even stopped the golf cart. In other words " you aren't worth my time". I've never been dismissed so abruptly. Will be purchasing somewhere else & sharing this experience for sure.

I have never been treated so badly me and my family went in to find a reasonably priced used camper and went in not knowing what they had and we where told that they " only sell quality campers if you want a low quality camper go to camping world" also was told by the sales associate that we where wasteing time there even though they didn't look that busy

After going to several dealers to find our perfect camper, this one stood out in customer service and genuinely trying to find the camper that fit our family best. Grateful for their patience, outstanding customer service, and being so informative. If we ever change our camper, we'll be back!
