The experience has been wonderful from the sales guys to the finance manager.

I initially gave a good review about my experience when I purchased my vehicle because the sales guy and finance manager really worked a good deal. I made this purchase exactly three months ago and have taken this vehicle in three times because of the check engine light. I agree with the previous review about the warranty. They sale you a dream when you purchase the vehicle but when something goes wrong, they fix what they want. If the check engine is constantly coming on, there's a problem. I shouldn't have to take off work and constantly taking this 3 month old vehicle in for a check engine light. I have an appointment this morning and I will update you all on the status and how it was handled.

Just bought my car from here. They lie point blank. Don't trust a 30 dealer warranty. That just means they'll fix what they want. You'll wait 2 hours for an oil change. They promise a lot but don't hold true to what they say. I was promised 6 oil changes and they put 5 in the computer. Then tell me to take it up with sales. I don't have time for games and as it sits they will probably cost me a half day of work because they are slow as molasses. 7 o'clock appointment to have to use a half day of vacation. This place sucks.

We came in on Friday Nov. 3, 2017 to get our car's spark plugs replaced. The service was excellent and we got our car out the same day. Not even three days later our car does not start. The lights came on, but it would not crank up for anything. We had the car working great before we went in and got our car serviced on Friday. So, we thought something happened while getting the car serviced. We called up to the dealership's service center and they had our car towed back to the shop right before closing. We called up there the next day to check on when our vehicle will be ready. Well, there was a miscommunication between a few people which can easily happen at times. We spoke to the manager Tom and he was able to resolve our issue with such ease and we got our vehicle back once again in a matter of a few hours. Me being in customer service for about 15+ years, Tom handled the situation professionally and in a timely manner. Thank you Tom and your staff for providing Superior customer service. You assistance has been greatly appreciated and we will definitely continue to use your services!!

New Jeep dealer trades Beware of what you will get, is not what they promise you. Refuse to buy car back even with damage from the manufacturer. They send you a text telling you to opt out of all surveys. Not very professional. They did a dealer trade and I received a jeep that was sitting on someone else's dealership lot since February. (Not even another Hendrick dealership ) Crooked driver seat Twisted Metal from manufacturer. They replaced it but the driver's seat is still not straight. I reached out to Chrysler , No help at all. I've had a case number sense I bought the Jeep still fighting. Run go somewhere else but don't go to Hendrick in Concord. Think twice before buying a Chrysler vehicle.
I recommend Rick Hendrick Chevrolet on Independence Boulevard I've been with them since 2005. Service department is wonderful can't say enough about it.

Came in and met with Mike (sales guy) who was really nice and easy to work with. Unfortunately, the manager in order to earn my business told me he could beat another dealership’s deal, so I wouldn’t go there. Once we came across the vehicle that I was interested on, the manager gave me numbers. But the deal was not better than the other dealership as promised. He thought I was uneducated with numbers and would easily cheat me. But I am really good with numbers and k ow the game, so when I questioned it, all of a sudden he backed out and said he couldn't get me the vehicle anymore.
He said I was better off going back to the other dealership because the deal I was offered there was really good. Although the sales guy was great, it all comes down to the managers attitude when closing on deals. They will tell you what you want to hear and promise you the moon and stars, just to get you in the door, but will not deliver. BEWARE of this dealership!

I ended up going to Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and met with Mark who is a great sales person, and they were STRAIGHT FORWARD with us from the beginning! We left happy customers and did not feel cheated at all. I am glad we did not let Hendrix Concord try to cheat us on our deal.
The manager at Concord was very stuck up and uncaring of customer needs. It is obvious Hendrix at Concord only cares about making a sale and will try to sell you what they want, and not what you genuinely want or need.

If you are on the market for a new vehicle go to the one at Lake Norman. They are very personable, friendly, helpful, honest and you get a homy feeling.

Everyone was so truthful and knowledgeable. This was the 1st time I purchased a car and it was fast and easy. Great Dealership to purchase from!!

Excellent staff. Kaylan has been a great customer Rep. Ivan did several jobs including installing a lift kit and an excellent frame welding job to replace sections if a rusted frame. He is top notch. Excellent. Would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Last Saturday I bought a car here. Some of the nicest people I have ever met! Great service too.
Monday I noticed I had left something on my trade in. I knew it would be a long shot, but I called the dealership. The very nice lady that answered the phone, got me to the correct contact.
Long story short, I got home today to a FedEx overnight envelope with my item in it!
Thank you so much Mark Wright for getting it to me! It had sentimental value to me.
I drove over 2 hours to this dealership to get my car.
After the experience I have had with them, when I get ready for a new car, I will drive it again!

The sales staff was extremely helpful. We were allowed ample time to decide if the vehicles they showed us met our transportation needs and our budget. The culture was low pressure. In the end, we were able to come to a deal. The experience was one of the best car buying experiences we have had.

It was great! It had a very friendly atmosphere and got a great deal on the perfect car for me! Brandon, who works in the used car department, was very helpful toward answering all my questions and explained a lot about my Honda. Scott in the finance department was very helpful as well. They both made sure I was comfortable, and they even stayed after closing to help me get all my paperwork done so I could take my car home that same night! They weren't trying to rush me, they made sure I was going to be happy. Overall, I loved the experience! I would definitely recommend them to others!

I had recently got into a car accident and needed a car. My salesman Brandon Godfrey found me a great car and made the process convienet for me. He pulled the car up and I immediately was happy with it. I got a great price and value for my 2014 Nissan. This was my first real car purchase and I love the vehicle. I definitely recommend for people to see him. He knows what he is talking about. i appreciate Hendrick Fiat and dodge for accommodating me through the whole process because of my minor injuries It was a very great experience. I bought a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in October - Barry was the salesman that helped me. I actually wanted to buy a Toyota 4 Runner but had a really bad experience with a salesman at Hendrick Toyota across the street. On a whim, I decided to check out Jeep instead because the Grand Cherokee was one of the other cars I had considered and am so glad I did! This was my first major purchase and Barry took the time to sit me down and explain the models and features based on my price range. As a late 20s female - buying a car is never a fun experience but Barry is the first salesman I've met that makes me feel comfortable. He was patient through all of my questions and even let me take two additional test drives before I made a final decision. I had no intention of purchasing a car that very day but I ended up trading in my Benz of 10 years and driving home in my pretty new SUV! They did everything they could to accommodate me. Everyone in this location was super friendly. I've been back twice to get some accessories installed and the service center is great and attentive. The waiting area is fabulous and there is wifi so I can work while I wait. I will never go anywhere else to get my car serviced nor will I be buying a Jeep from any other location but this one when it comes time for me to upgrade my Jeep.

I came in Sunday, March 20th and Tyler was the sales consultant that helped me. Tom was the sales manager who helped with the sell of my car. Tom was very straight forward and encouraging with his knowledge of how the business works as well as letting me know where I stood in purchasing a new vehicle. Tyler was super nice and helpful. Him nor Tom had any issues with understanding my needs and my expectations in the 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I was wanting. That being said, I had no intentions of purchasing my vehicle that particular day, but after the help of the both of them, they gave me too good of a deal to pass up! I love my new ride, and appreciate all of their help in selling it to me. Check 'em out, they're great, and they'll get you in exactly what you need/want!
