I bought a used snowmobile from these guys and the thing is a total shitbox. It pretty much needs a total rebuild. Bulkhead is trashed, shocks all need rebuild, needs new track, whoever owned it before put in bolts that don't belong anywhere near a sled,I figured they would give full disclosure of what was wrong with it,but they didn't and the salesman who sold it to me said he used to own an arctic cat shop,Randy. So apparently they don't look over anything that that comes in on trade. I'm very upset about the whole situation, so if you all value your hard earned money, don't go to this place. You'll be better off buying off of Craigslist.
After 20 years of loyalty got beat up on trade and paid more than other dealers are charging for the same machine. Found out after purchase. Sorry guys. Never coming back:( Doug is a good guy though. Also found it funny they said the tires on my bike were no good ( they passed it for inspection though) and didn't replace them before selling it.
I purchased a set of Dunlop Q3's for $320.00 and brought them to this place to be installed. The install fee was $190.00 including shop supplies. When I returned to pick up my bike there were factory stickers still on my tires AFTER they were balanced and installed on my bike.It is my experience that you DO NOT balance tires with factory stickers on them because once the stickers wear off, your tires will be out of balance. Also, I was charged 2 hours of labor, but they took one hour to perform the work. I am fine with this since I understand labor rates, but it would have been nice if they had taken 5 minutes to clean off the chain lube that they smeared all over my rear wheel. That wheel was clean when my bike was delivered to this place, I guarantee it. Also, they damaged the finish on my swing arm in a spot that boggles my mind. My wheels had tooling marks on them and god knows how one of my windscreen screws was snapped off when I picked it up. I spent $7,000 on a 2005 GSXR 1000 and brought it to this place so that it could be treated like a lawn mower. Am I supposed to apologize to these guys because they did not like my appearance or maybe my chosen brand of motorcycle?? Not sure what happened here, but good luck spending your well earned cash at this place!!
I did my homework before buying my new 650 Burgman Executive. Bill gave me twice what the guys in Rochester offered me for my trade. Great people to work with in my opinion. Easy off and on the highway going North or South.
Brought in an 89 Goldwing for major carburetor service, wow these guys hit a homer ,runs like new. Excellent service and communication. A plus. Can't say enough, thank you.
The employees at Nault's Powersports are top notch. Bill in sales was great to work with getting me into my new 2017 Honda Grom. From going through the checklist on the bike to going above and beyond helping us load it on the pick up. The finance team was great as well and was really easy to work with for a first time buyer.
Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Went in to register my four wheeler, and was given complete disrespect for asking a simple question, will never go to this place again.
Been going to this dealer on and off since 2006.
For the past 4-5 years almost every time I visited the Nault's they didn't have even the simplest parts for late model honda CRF and suzuki RM dirt bikes. I'm talking about things like air filters, spark plugs, fuel line, clutch/brake levers, etc. Recently I needed a few small things and before ordering online I decided to give them another shot. No luck and nothing has changed.
I've made an effort to support local establishments but in this case what's the point? They don't make an effort to support the product lines they sell.
Bought my 2015 Honda F6B here, in 2016. My salesperson Bob was friendly and eager, but not great on follow-through; I felt like I had to push him a few times to get my solid prices.
They played some weird game with the financing where they told me that I could only get wholesale for my trade, because they were giving me a discount on the bike (because they wanted to move those last 2015 models). That's kind of B.S.; the value of the trade is the value of the trade and should be separate from the value of the bike.
Ultimately I went with it anyway, because the numbers worked out for mebut buyer beware of that shenanigans. I won't rush back, because whether or not anything was "fishy"that's how I left feeling, and that feeling does not invoke loyalty.
I had a major issue with a purchase I made over a year ago. Nault's was under no legal obligation to remedy the situation but they went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Thank you, Kurt, Hugh, Jamie and Sandi for making a very bad situation good again!
Worst experience with service. Brought bike in for an estimate. This place is a complete scam. Trying to hit with storage fees when took a week for them to get the bike in for estimate. Called and called yet they wont give an answer. Apparently they are trying to force doing the work here. Go to another honda dealer. This place is a joke.
