Excellent! We have been looking to upgrade our RV for over a year. We came to Campers Inn and worked with Toby Wheeler- RV matchmaker. He is extremely easy to work with and very knowledgeable re the RV products they sell. A+
We found the perfect RV- and moved on to meet with Matthew Forgue, business manager. He was also very knowledgeable and easy to work with!
Last steps in the process were setting up the pickup - Deb Vaughn( so helpful and responsive) and the PDI. Dave from service was excellent- he spent two hours with us going over all aspects of our new Leprechaun RV. A great experience here and highly recommend!
Toby Wheeler was fantastic! Our first visit several weeks ago was very instructive and, despite having a tow vehicle insufficient for what we wanted, Toby spent considerable time helping us determine what we might be able to tow. We returned for our second visit with a new, heavy duty vehicle and Toby helped to educate us on the new, broader expanse of toy haulers available to us. Thanks for all your help, Toby.
We visited Campers Inn in Merrimack this past weekend. Although we are just in the beginning stages of determining which travel trailer fits our needs and budget, Toby spent time getting to know us and showing us new and used possibilities while not pushing us to buy on the spot. Toby's advice was great and we will definitely check back with him for an inventory update once we have made our decision.
Overall when I went in I was hesitant on Campers Inn. I had gone to Kingston and the salesman seemed disinterested in what I was looking for. I was upfront telling him that I wasn't sure what I was looking for since this was my 1st travel trailer. I gave the Merrimack store a chance and worked with Mark who was fantastic, he took the time to show me what I thought I wanted, he made suggestions and we came to the perfect camper. The issues that I am having now is that when I try and contact the office I always get voicemail and they never get back to me. I was never told what I need to purchase seperately in order for them to deliver my camper. I was under the impression that the delivery and set up fee everything was included but after signing I was told differently. I was told they would send the list to me immediately and I still have not recieved it. You would think that when you purchase the delivery and set up package then everything would be included. The camper that we purchased also had some damage which they stated they would fix and the test will be if they do. I know I will inspect it thoroughly before taking delivery.
I would have given them more stars if they actually returned phone calls in a timely manner.
I'd like to share a review of a recent experience at Campers Inn in Merrimack. We went in on a research mission to gather information about RVs, with specific needs in mind. Our RV matchmaker, Toby, spent several hours with us, demonstrating the Grand Design product line. Not only did he answer all of our questions, but he gave us feedback and information on details that we had not considered. Toby and his staff were not interested in connecting us with just "any" RV, they wanted to make sure we were considering the "right" RV. We greatly appreciated the time spent with us.
Toby Wheeler was fantastic. Easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, knew how to turn our 'wish list' into a short list of campers to look at right on site. He really made our visit productive and fun.
I'm giving a 3 star rating for the "overall" satisfaction with Campers Inn, because of our experience at their other location in Kingston in 2015 (which would be a 0) and we said we'd never buy at Campers Inn ever again, but saw the perfect trailer to trade up at their Merrimack location. The salesman in Merrimack, Mark, was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. However, when we got our trailer the awning, which we were told was electric, was not electric, but want to say Dave, the owner/manager did replace it with an electric one, so thank you for that. There were a few other issues with the camper, but have to say were also addressed and now satisfied. The issue I have now is our camper stabilizer jacks came with NO foot pads, which we noticed after our first camping trip when they were sinking into the soft groundthank goodness the store had these blocks for the jacks to sit on. We again contacted the service department, but this time we were told that the camper didn't come with foot pads and that it would be $266.00 (yes you read that correctly, $266.00) to get them. I was insistent that they seriously couldn't sell a camper without these, what good are the jacks without the foot pads??? Someone tell me, is this standard to receive your camper without these? I'm being told NO by fellow campers (who's campers all came complete with foot pads). You would think something as minor as this for a camping retailer, but pretty important for the camper/owner of the camper, they'd just add them at no cost to retain customer satisfaction.
This is our first experience in the world of RVs, yet we are planning to sell our house, buy a fifth wheel and explore the country until we find an area we just don't want to leave. Not being total fools, we are a bit apprehensive and are trying to systematically research all aspects of this rather daunting move. After meeting with Toby at Campers Inn we feel that we have a reliable resource to assist us in doing this right. Leaving the showroom, the other day, my concern was that we had occupied too much of his day with all of our questions though I had the feeling he would have spent another couple of hours with us if we had even more questions. It was quite refreshing to have a salesman relate real world examples of other customer's mistakes to convince us not to spend extra money on specific pricey options.
Campers Inn Of Merrimack is my go to place. Bought my motor home there and I've had it serviced for 4 years. Still learning about RV's every day. Jason is my service advisor who assists me in what needs to be done-or not. The service manager Brendon makes sure that I'm totally satisfied before I leave. Than you campers Inn!
Very pleased with our sales person, Joe Patrissi. Joe was sincere, honest and very helpful. I had been reading up on weights and in particular tongue weight. There didn't seem to be much information about this important item but Joe mentioned it within a few minutes when getting to know what we looking for. Joe is very knowledgeable and not pushy in the least. Even when we said we were going to be looking at other campers at another dealer he didn't try to persuaded us to buy brand X over brand Y. It turns out after seeing the trailer we thought we wanted we in fact did buy it. Both my wife and I said "we really like this guy". I’m seeing some not too good reviews about service and support but at this point I can only rate our buying experience and give it 5 stars. I hope our positive rating continues with service and support. Thanks Joe!
I called their parts department looking for new tail lights for my trailer. When I told the parts person the size of the tail light I am looking for he told me he has many tail lights in stock but I would have to drive there to look for myself to see if they have the size I need. I explained to him that It would be a 45 minute round trip drive and it would be very helpful if he could please take 30 seconds to walk out onto the floor and look to see if they have the size I need in stock before I drive there and potentially find they do not have it and waste an hour of my time. The parts person was not helpful and told me he was "too busy to help me"
Needless to say I am very disappointed with such poor customer service. I go there every spring and spend several hundred dollars to get my camper ready for the season but I will be going to CAMPING WORLD from now on.
The experience dealing with Campers Inn, Ben McDonald, was excellent. We pretty much knew what we wanted when we got there, but Ben took to the time to answer all our questions. There was no pressure during the visit. We went back a few weeks later to finalize the deal. Lance and Ben are working with us to make sure we get the best rates from the banks. Definitely a positive experience and would recommend Campers Inn to anyone.
My wife, my self and our kids came up to Campers inn to make a purchase on a trailer we had seen a few weeks earlier, while there we had the opportunity to look at 2 brand new units of the same model and make. We were sold on one of the newer units. Toby Wheeler was the salesman we worked with and made the whole process great and I felt as though he was on my side when dealing with the sales manager. I was happy with the price we paid and every time I came back to Campers Inn Toby came by to say hi. Great salesman and happy with the sales dept.
