This is place is really nice. The only reason I took off one stars because they advertise being able to take a picture with a baby tiger and then when I got there and I want to take a picture with the baby tiger .they said they haven't had one in a couple years. Well take down your ads people

We have visited a few times now. The staff is friendly, and my son loves feeding the animals. The elephant ride was great. I would prefer these animals all be back in the wild but a lot of places like this save unwanted exotic pets and give them a place to live out their lives in a safe environment. I almost didn't go the 1st time due to the bad reviews but glad we did!!!

Much better than anything I would have expected. Great place for kids as well as families. Was actually surprised by the number and types of animals here. A white Bengal tiger as well as giraffes and Monkees. Additionally there is also a petting zoo where you can feed some of the animals as well. Take about 90 minutes to walk through and see most of the place.

This "zoo" is a disaster. First impressions walking in with some young pregnant chick with a kid running around and a "I don't want to be here" attitude were disconcerting enough The parakeet feed sticks were HOT GLUED and the bird couldn't even consume them, even at a dollar a piece I feel cheated. Half of the enclosures did not even have the animals in them with nothing about that listed in the website. Now I get it this time of year there are several types of animals that cannot be exposed to this type of cold like the alligator. But however there should have been some sort of discount or special price on admission. Or at the very least some sort of announcement on the website or even on the front door if you're less than text savvy. Several of the animals had Cuts or some sort of scar on them the tiger enclosures were way too small and unkempt. They're clearly has to be some sort of animal rights violation here even the elephant look like it was about to collapse the trainer that was with him yelled and berated the animal for turning around to look at me and my family there definitely needs to be some animal rights groups that come in here and shut this place down and get these animals to a proper zoo. The only reason this zoo is getting a second star is only because my kids still had a lot of fun out of it but as an adult who knows a thing or two about the world and animal treatment I cannot justify even one. Also the bathrooms had feces smeared all over the back and under side and don't look like they've been cleaned ever

This place was fantastic. The animals were well taken care of and the people actually enjoyed their jobs. You can interact with many of the animals and can even feed the giraffes that are well-behaved. I would go back here again and again just to sit and watch the people and their reactions.

This zoo was dirty and not well kept. The rest room was full of dead bugs and the toilet looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. Staff were not friendly. If you have young children please be careful when seeing the rhea. I could have easily touched this bird and a child would thing nothing of trying to pet it. I would think this should be some sort of safety violation. The animals do not have enough space. The white tiger and the Bengal tiger especially need more room. I am not sure how they get away with not having a bigger enclosure for those big cats. Maybe because they are private they are not monitored as closely. I feel really bad for the animals. I have been to many zoos around the united states and this was really sad to see. I would not recommend this zoo.

One of the best zoos I've ever been to!!! It might be a little small but it allows you to be very interactive with the animals. You get to feed goats, dear, camels, bongos, and giraffes. Spend time with parakeets in an aviator. If you go on the right day you get to ride an elephant! The best part is it's all very affordable!!!

We enjoyed a great family outing with fun for all ages. Animals were well taken care of and the grounds were kept up. I would HIGHLY recommend (PLEASE!!!) including changing tables/stations in the bathrooms. We weren't the only family with a small child in diapers and none of the restrooms had a changing facility.

We had a wonderful experience here. After all the bad publicity I was hesitant. However this zoo was clean and well maintained. All animals looked healthy and happy! My hubby and son rode the elephant, which was so sweet and gentle. My hubby touched the giraffe. It was amazing. I cannot wait for the next time! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Who knew that you could ride an elephant AND hold a Wallaby (named Rocko by the way, 90's babies please tell me you are as impressed with this as I am) in the same place? Riding an elephant is a major bucket list item for me and when I found out I could do that 2 hours from home I knew I had to go! The zoo was very interactive, we fed animals, pet baby goats, and my sister looked like a freaking Disney princess in the parakeet atrium. All the animals seemed well fed, and I saw many staff members throughout the day going into exhibits to care for the animals. The staff were all very friendly and had lots of information regarding the animals, it was such a fun experience!

My girlfriend loves elephants, we drove all the way from East Tennessee (4 hours) and loved it. We had a ball, I work at a safari back in Tennessee and thought that the animals were taken well care of, the staff was absolutely great. They got out the tiger for us so we could see it.
I would recommend this place to anyone, the 4 hour drive was definitely worth it.
    Great experience.

I absolutely loved every minute of the Natural Bridge Zoo. The staff was wonderful and at times stopped to give us endless backstory on the animals. The animals are very well taken care of and I will most definitely be sharing my experience with others. Also, the elephant was BEAUTIFUL!

This is a great Zoo to visit because you get a close up and personal experience with the animals. You can even ride an elephant how much better does it get. The staff was great with the animals the place was kept very nicely and it's in a beautiful area. Well worth the stop along the way.
