I would give this hotel for stars at least if they had the made me plunge my own it’s clogged toilet. Now let me also add it was only clogged from urine. I came in to have coffee in the morning and reported to the receptionist at the front desk after having to prove I was a guest in order to eat breakfast or should I say have a cuppa coffee, anyway I proceeded to tell them about my clogged toilet. The response I got from the receptionist was, “I will leave a plunger out in the hall for you.“ So I did try to plunge the toilet the plunger didn’t work. But check out I informed them that I didn’t think that was an appropriate thing for me to have to do to which the new receptionist shrugged her shoulders and said oh sorry.

Country Inn staff demonstrates what Southern Hospitality is all about! The front desk team is extremely helpful and courteous. They helped me with every odd request I had (bottle opener, turn on juice machine at night after breakfast hours, fun things to do in Roanoke). The housekeeping staff is incredible as well! I never actually had to call them for any services because the cleaning and room preparation were top notch! Trash was always removed, carpet was freshly vacuumed each afternoon when I got back from work, even my dirty clothes were stacked in a neat pile beside my suitcase instead of sprawled out on the floor. I left a cash tip to my housekeeping team for such exceptional service. I just don’t understand how this hotel can provide such a high level of service and quality for such a great value. This is a wonderful team and the best hotel in Roanoke to stay at. I will never stay anywhere else in Roanoke and I recommend that you stay here as well!

Easy 5 stars - wish I could give 6! The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the pool was heated! The breakfast was great too - lots of variety and really fresh fruit. No question this is our motel of choice in Roanoke!

The night staff was very courteous and the hotel was clean. Had a room on the first floor that was spacious. Breakfast was nice but had limited pastry/bread options. My stay took a turn south when at 10:30 the front desk called to see if we were still there (checkout wasn't until 12:00 and we had the do not disturb on the door!) We were also interrupted by a visit from housekeeping just checking if we were there. Overall the hotel was nice but I've never felt so harassed to leave a hotel before the checkout time. I typically am very happy with Country Inn, this one left me disappointed.

This place has been remodeled and looks great. Room was big and bed was separated from the couch. Breakfast area is big and food is not bad. Internet was not slow in the room I had.

My husband and I have stayed at many different hotels. But this one is by far the best one we stayed at. The rooms were very clean with a fresh smell. There were so many modern upgrades. There was both an outlet and a usb connection on both sides of the bed for devices. Our room had two TV's. The shower head had three different sprays, and there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom as well. There was a light under the bathroom sink you could use for a nightlight. The breakfast room had an abundance of food items, and the person running it was completely on top of everything. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel.

We had a very comfortable stay here on two separate occasions. The hotel was recently renovated and was very clean. Rooms were spacious and furniture was clean and in good repair. There is an indoor pool on the very end of the building. It is on the opposite side of reception, away from the rooms, so the noise does not bleed through to the rest of the building. The included breakfast was better than expected. Both hot and cold food options were available as well as a selection of teas and coffees. There is a washer and dryer for guest use as well as a mac and a pc for those guest who need to use a computer. Plug-in parking is available for electric vehicles.

Fantastic stay! Beautiful rooms with a living space. 2 tvs.
Complimentary make up remover, ladies. Wonderful prices- we paid almost $100 dollars including all fees.
Pool is open until midnight. Cheap vending machines. Free breakfast.

The renovations they did are absolutely beautiful. My stay was great!!! The front desk staff was very nice and helpful!!! I was extremely tired from driving and I was able to get the last room they had which happened to be a King and it felt like a studio apartment :) I'm very happy!

Nice facility. Second stay here. Nice indoor pool. We get the 2 queens with a pull out couch so there is plenty of room for everyone. Shower has hot water, water pressure, and it drains!!! The suite we get also has a refrigerator and a microwave, maybe they all have that.

This Country Inn Suites is very nice.. The rooms are large, has fridgerator and coffee The linen to upscale The bathroom could be bigger, especially the tub area. However the shower pressure is great!!

This inn was the best I've stayed in for a while! We stayed the night because I was visiting a college, and the service was great, the place was clean, and the breakfast was great! The staff is very friendly and helpful. There was some work being done at the end of the bottom hall, but you couldn't hear it at all, even when you were in the hallway. 5 stars

Delicious cookie upon entering the doors and the rest of our time there was just as sweet! Room clean and spacious, staff very friendly and helpful, beds comfortable. Excellent breakfast the following morning! A very pleasant stay and a bargain for the price. Would recommend this inn to everybody.
