It's a "steal of a stay" close to Roanoke for the price. I highly recommend!

It was really affordable and yet nicely appointed. It's a series of 2-level buildings. No elevators BUT there is upper and lower parking levels! So NO stairs. Yay! Small fridge and microwave! Ice machines. Very Ltd vending but 2 adjacent convenience stores incl 24-hour store. Iron/ironing board. Nice bowed out shower curtain rod with grommets shower curtain. Older place but seems well-maintained. I'd stay here again!

Dirty nasty rooms. Bugs and leaking sewage water from toilet. Informed management only gave me 1.50 off because I didn't use the safe. Disgusting.

While the hotel may need some updates and paint in a few places, it was very clean and comfortable, the price was great and it had a nice hot breakfast included!

Stayed two nights over a weekend. It was fairly quiet. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Everything worked as it should (shower had great pressure and was hot almost immediately! ); didn't require any interactions with the staff, except for check in and out. They were friendly and professional at those times. Didn't ever make it to breakfast. There was a beautiful view of the mountains. I would stay here again.

As an Appalachian Trail hiker, this is the nicest inexpensive I've experienced yet. Rooms are large, clean, and have a refrigerator and microwave. The bathrooms, while dated, are clean and functional. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The pool is huge. Included breakfast was standard fare but had several options. My only complaint is that the WiFi was slow and unreliable.

Where to start!!? BEDBUGS! The AC was off. Room is 120 degrees. The TRASH cans in the room are STILL FULL from the last people and there was no towels or soap. I had to go get (white) towels from the office. THEY ARE BROWN.

The rooms seem very basic, no frills. The rooms seemed clean enough but overall the room looked the carpet, furniture, and curtains we all several years old

Bed was comfortable and room was pretty clean. Found a few things that were a little dirty but overall definitely worth the price. Staff is super friendly. I am staying again very soon and would definitely stay again in the future.

Rooms were clean, sheets and towels were clean, continental breakfast was provided, mattresses were super comfortable, can't ask for better for $50 a night!
