I cannot say enough about this dealership! They truly are FOR THE PEOPLE. John, Todd, Ingrid, Matt and all the others that I don’t t know are an amazing group of people. It's not so much Nassiff I am frustrated with I am more pissed with honda.I own a 2009 honda crv which my rear door lock had to be replaced. This was an issue that was a class action lawsuit resolved in 2015.Honda,was fixing the broken locks til Nov.2015 so mine didn't break til Aug.of 2016 so i get screwed and have to pay for this,which has been an on going issue thru honda.I will never buy another honda as long as i live no matter how much i like CRV which unplanned on in purchasing a 2016 next year.If it wasn't for the fact my car payment has been made 2 months ahead I probable would of took it and traded it in on something else.I will never deal with Nassiff or buy another honda for sure .RANT OVER
