Very clean and friendly staff. Enjoyed all the shows. My favorite part was the boat ride to see the monkey it was very different then any zoo I have ever been to. Although the penguin exhibit was not all that everyone brought it up to be it was very small just wasn't comparable to the penguin exhibit at the st Louis MO zoo.

The animals always seem miserable, and despite my many attempts to get the keepers of just about every animal to let me in to play with them, I was met with heavy resistance. Not just that but for the life of me I cannot make the lions acknowledge my presence, they don't even look in my direction.. To beat it all my squashed lion penny was lost somewhere in the zoo. I'm hoping some deserving child found it, instead of the entitled little monsters we are breeding nowadays.

But the fact I can insert a quarter and get a handful of dog food to feed to the birds, fish, and turtles makes it all worthwhile. Also, when a Giraffe eats a chunk of Romaine out of your hand you feel truly graced by the glorious creature.

This is an amazing zoo! Overall, it’s small but it lacks a lot of entertainment. The exhibits were incredible. You could get much closer than a lot of big zoos. You could only see the primates by boat and that was quite spectacular. They schedule talks with the animal keepers and even has an alligator feeding/training to watch. The zoo is beautiful. A must-see if you’re in the area!

Very friendly & knowledgeable staff, amazing displays & shows of rescued or protected animal species. Hurricane Irma damage was/is still being repaired & they could use assistance financially as Naples was hit hard by the hurricane. The Parrot cage is still down & African Safari fence & many trees still down, but worth the experience with friends & family or a date. Get an annual pass if you live in the area as it's fun just to walk the grounds, feed the birds, have lunch, a cup of coffee, etc, take a pitstop on the way to Miami or Tampa & or the beach. Love this place!

This place doesn't even deserve one star. I requested a refund, they told me no. I was not even there a full hour. No animals in the exhibit, there reason for that was because of the hhurricane. Why would they open the zoo knowingly they were still dealing with issues from the hurricane? They just basically ripping people off for there own reasons. This zoo is not even worth the $22 a head admission fee. $10 a person is way more reasonable for the size of this zoo. I paid over $60 to basicly feed ducks. Im extreamly mad about this situation and I demand a refund! I will be contacting the bord of directors from this zoo on Monday. DONT WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY IN THIS PLACE THEY ARE BASICALLY COMMITTING FRAUD!!

We went just for the giraffe-feeding experience and it was well worth it! The cashier woman knew that we were going there just for that and rushing out to the airport. She was kind enough to give us a rain-check with full admission paid for our next visit. Giraffes will not always eat! Make sure it is before their normal feedings or well after feedings.

Unfortunately we had been disappointed by another zoo and the lack of animals but Naples Zoo was a truly beautiful experience. They really thought out this zoo layout. I can't really even call it a zoo but more of a preservation for the animals. First of all, the grounds (plants and trees) give beautiful scenery and some good shade as well. The grounds are well maintained. You can feed the birds along the way and for the kiddies they can change their coins into zoo coins. Although the zoo is small I actually preferred it because we were able to see all of the animals and most of the shows in half the time it usually takes to walk a zoo. They also had shows that allowed you to see and get more information on some of the animals outside of their areas. The boat ride to see the monkeys is also very peaceful. You can feed the giraffes for $5 as well (those giraffes are HUGE!). It was well worth the trip and we saw most of the animals! There is also a food store and a gift shop. We got a giraffe necklace and flamingo earrings (too cute!). They do a great job with this zoo!

Such a perfect little Zoo for the small kiddos and babies, takes less than a half day to see everything. Feeding the giraffes was the best thing we have ever experienced and it's only $5. They also give military discount!! Very clean and the staff are very friendly, I would recommend this Zoo to anyone!! I'm so glad we went!

Cute little zoo. It takes no more than half a day. The monkey cruise is the best. You get on a pontoon and visit different monkeys on different islands. You can also feed a giraffe. Great experience.

Great zoo for children - small size allows you to "see everything" in just a few hours. Boat rides to see the monkeys is always a hit. Animal shows are also a plus. But the giraffe feeding seems to be the most popular activity. Small, clean, well run, with friendly staff - a great experience

Great little zoo. Really liked to see the alligator feeding. Our son appreciated it a lot more when he realized I was only teasing him that we were feeding him to the gators.

Small zoo but unique. Feeding the giraffes was great. The birds make funny chatter. Seen an alligator resting in the water, lot of the animals are hiding in the hot part of the day. Best to go in morning or a cooler overcast day. The boat ride to see the primates was included in the entrance fee. Nice boat ride.
