I was in a bind and needed a custom piece of wire reinforced glass cut as soon as possible. Bell Mirror & Glass was the second phone call I made in my search for a glass company. Kim answered the phone and I explained my situation. She quoted me a price and lead time of 1-2 days, then exceeded my expectations. I asked if there was anyway we could get it later that day and I had the glass within 3 hours of our original phone conversation. They will be my first call for any glass I need in Wichita from here on out. Thank you for the great service!

i'm not sure if there's more than one lady at the front desk but she's awful. i originally called and she told me the estimate was free and the window would cost $45 itself and then $85 per hour, per man. i asked if she could just have an estimater come out and then order the window no matter what even if they didn't install it. she refused to tell me that if they don't install the window themselves then they charge to do the estimate. huh? i mentioned on my first phone call about them not installing it and she said NOTHING about having to pay for the estimate! i was originally referred to LEWIS STREET GLASS but they were busy and i didn't want to wait but after talking to this AWFUL lady that gave me incorrect information or didn't even GIVE me the info, i called lewis back and will wait until they can come. they do FREE estimates even if they DON'T install the glass! GO TO LEWIS!!! all in all better experience!!!

A+ !!! We ordered a custom cut piece of glass for our table and we couldn't be happier. It honestly made the table look 10x better and now we don't have to worry about water rings or scratches. The edges were beveled nicely are the corners dubbed just right. We were pleasantly greeted and several employees helped load the pieces into the truck. Great experience!

Really bad customer service the lady who answered the phone or for the customer service or the front desk didn't seem to understand English or hear well
