I was stuck at work with a flat tire and no donut to replace it. I usually go to Auto Masters for all of my car service and called Ron asking what I should do. He sent one of his guys out to temporarily fix the tire and drove it over to their west side facility. After about an hour, they had taken out the nail and returned my car to me at my office. I was so pleased with their quickness and the customer service I received. They certainly go above and beyond to ensure their clients' satisfaction. Highly recommend to Wichita west-siders!

I've taken 7 cars to Automasters and they used to be very very good at fixing mechanical problems. Since then their head tech Ron left and it has gone down hill mechanical wise. For body work I would choose them hands down but when it comes to engine diagnosis they would rather take the diag fee from you than deal with major problems. On my last trip I brought in my Honda S2000 for a look at some body work, well they took out my ACG fuse and never put it back in, if you own an S you know this controls very vital parts of the engine and recharging system, so naturally I had electrical problems because of them a month down the road. Now that Ron is gone, if you have engine problems do you and your wallet a favor and go to a more reputable shop. Also please take note that the 5 star reviews where done by Automaster employees.

Love Auto Masters. Went to get an oil change and they offered me a free loaner car so that I could still run errands while waiting. Their services were reasonably priced, awesome customer service, and I EXTREMELY appreciate not having to worry about falling behind in errands or picking up children thanks to the loaner car. Multitasking while getting the car servicedthat's new!

They caused damage to my car that they then stated was per-existing (it was not the car had less than 2000 miles on it). They first stated they would look into it, they they called my wife 2 business days later and left a threatening voice mail stating that if she did not pick up the car that day they were going to report the loaner car stolen and charge her a $15/day storage fee. They also made stated that the only payment they would accept at this time was cash or cashiers check which was stated nowhere else prior. When I called to talk to them about this I spoke with Larry who was extremely rude and would only state he did not have time to talk and that I had a terrible personality. Do Not do business with these people.
