  I was appalled by what seemed a complete lack of interest in closing a sale. The guy started to search for the part in his computer, and ignored me twice--when I asked an additional question, and when I volunteered additional information that could help to narrow down the search. He finally mumbled "I cannot find it". It's okay to not know, but the two other (not busy) salespersons nearby didn't even try to help.THIS is why I simply thanked him and left.
  I came to this store based on some of the positive reviews, but in my experience the negative reviews reflect a better match to the reality of this mediocre place.

  Ok if you need to stop by quick but employees the day I went in seemed miserable and unwelcoming like you shouldn't ask them for help.

  Um it's old and crowded. There is lots of product on the floor but some of it is old as in the plastic packaging is yellowed. Asked for an item. They didn't have it and didn't offer to find it. Yuck.
