Such an awesome furniture store in Heber. They have lots of neat things! Nicole was so so very helpful. When we didnt see the perfect table for us on the floor she researched and looked all around for us. She was so knowledgable and fun to work with!

Nicole and the team at Mountain Lodge Furnishings are beyond fantastic to work with! Nicole is amongst one of the most professional, gifted and talented designers we have ever worked with. She is also an amazing person and so very pleasant. We are from out of town and are thankful to have a retreat home here in Utah. While we were in town, Nicole spent the better part of one day with us - easily and quickly understanding our vision, preferred colors, budget and timeline - and with a few follow up emails after that, helped us furnish and load in the entire home. Everything from the large furniture to accessory pieces to bedding. It has been a wonderful experience and the home is beautiful and very comfortable. Our family is very thankful to have met Nicole, and we have shared her name with many people!

Mountain Lodge added new hardwood and refinished the existing hardwood in the home we are renovating. The floors are beautiful and the guy working in our house is friendly and professional. We have had some scheduling issues that are due to some decisions by Mountainland that we are still trying to work out.

Nichole at Mountain Lodge Furnishings was extremely helpful and understanding. My wife has a brain injury which makes it difficult for her to process numbers and reason with purchases. Last month my wife purchased a beautiful caribou head from Mountain Lodge. It was not a planned purchase and put us in a bind financially - I went to talk to Nichole about it and she was very empathetic and understood our circumstance. Even though the item was sold on consignment, Nichole graciously let us return the caribou head and worked out a great arrangement to help us get our money back! What a great company! We need more family run businesses like this in the world. People who actually understand and try their best to help you. This is THE textbook example of customer service. Thanks Nichole!

I live in Utah County, and every year I travel to Heber Valley in September to visit the Swiss Days Festival. While getting to know the town and the different businesses, I dropped in to have a look inside Mountain Lodge.. the store is much bigger than it looks on the outside, and once inside, I was surprised by the variety of furnishings, and the one-of-a-kind items that I was looking for. I have been back every year since, and each time, the staff have always made me feel comfortable, welcome, at home just like you would expect from such a great community. Worth the Drive.
