Local - I feel sorry for any sucker that rolls through town and stops at this place to sleep. This place is, was and will forever be surrounded by meth heads. I have no idea who the owners are but I have only known drug addicts and criminals to stay here. I've been inside of these places a few times when people were basically renting them out for weeks or longer and just the pure filth of the place, both inside and outside of the rooms was enough to make me cringe.
I love these kinds of motels and they are becoming far and few between. Every room has a color t.v., a/c, heat, and a fridge, what more do you need?
I think the ant problem was the worst thing on the list. Finding a previous guest key in the room also makes one wonder how clean the room really is.
Nice people. Clean room. Pillows are too small for king size bed. Not enough towels.
The price was cheap, but the room was old and outdated. The buildings are a bit run down. Anything on the mountain is very expensive, so that's why I stayed here.
A indy motel of days gone by, clean, well maintained place. Right on Main st. In the beautiful Heber valley.
Probably the sketchiest hotel I've been to. Our room was never cleaned and our non smoking room wreaked of smoke. Fairly certain the front desk agent was part werewolf.
The best was comfortable, the room looked very nice, and it was the cheapest hotel in the area. The only complaint is that the shower head was a little low, but that's very minor.
I would only recommend this hotel if you need the absolute cheapest place, and don't mind a mess. Stained sheets, stained pillows, stained towels, bathtub was filthy, hair on and in the beds, TV/internet that only works sometimes. On the bright side, when I decided I'd rather not stay there, they refunded my money without fighting me very much.
Absolutely disgusting. There was a nasty scene on the bed that included cigarette ashes, salt?, a mysterious white liquid, and a suspiciously red blob of something else. Not to mention the hair in the sheets and the floor that was very obviously in vacuumed. When we asked for cleaner bedding there was another customer in there demanding a cleaner room and the staff said they didn't have any more sheets so they would give us a refund instead (only if we were to come back at 7:30). If I could rate this hotel with negatives stars I would because that's what it deserves. The staff here makes you feel unsafe and by the way, even if they were telling the truth about having continental breakfast, I would suggest not eating it.
Spend the extra money for a better, safer place. Just needed a place to shower and sleep while my daughter was in the hospital so I went with the cheapest. The tub was slow to drain and the walls were dirty, that was acceptable for what I needed. The worst was when I came back for the night my neighbor starts calling my room, needless to say I freaked out because I was alone. I did not feel safe so my daughter was going to get me another hotel, when I called the front desk to tell them, no answer! After I left quickly and checked into another hotel I called again, still no answer! The next morning I drove back there, the front door was locked with a sign to call a phone number, guess what, no answer!
Do yourself a favor stay somewhere else, this is NOT a safe place!
