I was actually born here at this hospital 20 years ago & thought highly of it. Not anymore. We spent 6 hours in the ER, everyone seemed to be taking their time while my friend was freaking out about if she was miscarrying or not. I along with her boyfriend and herself were offered doctors notes for work for the next day since we were there almost all night. They got one and the lady said she'd get me one too. We left empty handed and when I called the next day for it to be faxed, they were extremely rude and said that they don't give out notes if you aren't the patient. So here I am, stuck off work, with no note to be excused for their slowness. I am beyond livid.

They got some good Doctors and nurses The Hospital clost to where we live Dr mark Ricaurte he a good family Doctor also Dr Fisher and Dr Busher their group are good heart Doctors their are some Real good Doctors at mount west hope the hosptal and their good Doctors and nurses dont move to Grove city we need mount carmel west and their good Doctors also nurses to the president we need mount carmel west .

Never an idea experience. I think I have had had some form of conflict or two while visiting. Usually with the customer service from the staff, in varied normal communication or transparency.

Un-named female ER doctor was completely unprofessional. She stated that she could diagnose me by merely looking at me. She then said, in a voice loud enough to be heard by other patients that I had some type of virus that would resolve itself on its own. I guess the HIPAA laws don't apply to her. She did not take me or my illness seriously. I would never return to Mount Carmel. Even the nurse that gave me my discharge paperwork was laughing like the entire thing was funny, although I never complained to herwhich means they were talking about me behind my back. This is the worse hospital I have ever been to.

Same experience as Jill below. Dr. Daniel Pap is a bad Dr. They need to find something else for him to do. Went for help and was treated very poorly. Basically left me without any solution or than to suffer in pain and get violently ill do to an error or anomaly with the result of a test. Dr's are supposed to do no harm. I left his office extremely upset feeling like he made up his mind on what to do with me before he even saw me. I repeat, Dr. Daniel Pap is a bad Dr.
