WiFi was horrible check in was good housekeeping woke us way to early. I've had better stays at your establishment before. Pillows were terrible

Staff was friendly and helpful upon check in. My room was clean and well maintained. This was my first stay at a Holiday Inn Express &Suites. I would consider staying here again.

Absolutely ridiculous!! I called b4 I came they said rooms are available for $109 plus tax. Upon arriving& trying to check in THEN they informed me the total would be $160! So they charge your card b4 hand in case any damages Etc. I'm not from here & I bank with a local bank plus it's almost 10 o'clock at night! NO BANKS ARE OPEN 2 deposit the $8 extra dollars I need! I was literally $8 shy of having the amount that I needed & IT ALL HAS 2 b on the same card. So we can't get a room here! & Now my children & I have to drive around until we can find a hotel! Had they told us on the phone about the additional charges it wouldn't have been a problem but no they lead you on to believe it's $109 and then when you get here that's when it goes up to $160!

Staff is nice and great about saying sorry when issue's arise such as going into room when do not disturb sign is on the door and then leaving the door propped open all day with the safty hing leaving my belongings available for anyone to steal. Two day's in a row no change available to use laundry room. Very unhappy with this hotel.

Adding on Day 2 of having do not disturb sign on the door, maid came into room and cleaned. WHAT PART OF DO NOT DISTURB do you not get. Management likes to say sorrywell how about do your job and run the hotel.

The front desk girls were really nice. We reserved a room that had a king bed and jacuzzi tub. When we checked in they gave us a room without a jacuzzi tub then switched us to a two room suit then told us that they had no rooms with jacuzzi tub.

Room was fine, comfortable bed, a little dated. There was a pool party at the hotel when we arrived and kids were running back and forth to the elevator dripping water everywhere. However room was quiet so I was happy.

Bad night fire alarm went off about 2am stayed on in till. 5am incredibly loud. Many guest left to another hotel. Very disappointed

We stayed there for a night while on a trip and the place was worth every penny. The rooms were tidy, restrooms were clean. They had good breakfast options as well. The lady at the reception was very welcoming and we enjoyed their service.

Really nice and helpful staff, close to a lot of places. Internet is awful. I stayed for one night for work and couldn't even keep a connection on my laptop or phone to check work emails. Beds are super uncomfortable. It was just an okay experience for one night I guess.

Walking in the hotel is quaint and lovely. The staff were very welcoming. The pool was a little cold and had a couple dead bugs and alot of grass dues to the windows and door to the outside being open, mayhaps they were trying to dry the cement and the wind blew the debris in?(They took out and cover the hot tub hole) Our room was on the first floor between the maids room and the parkinglot. Room was nice and very practical for our needs. Roll out table for playing board games tween beds. At night there was alot of in and outs from the room and car security beeps going off after midnight. Breakfest was good for everyone but celiac sufferers, wish they had more food options other thwn fresh fruit for people with celiacs.(Or even lable whats safe, if any.) Though never in my life have i seen a pancake making machine. Hit a button and 2 pancakes pop out. My kids were amazed. Great price and a short 20min drive from downtown Columbus. Would revisit and recommend for families.

I love it here! I go there once maybe twice and month and they treat me like I am part of the family. They always have my very special room ready for me and it's always neat and clean and very well kept.

Service has been great, staff has been extremely friendly and the room is very well maintained and clean. This has become my go to hotel for any trips I make to the Columbus area.

The hotel itself is very nice. It's either fairly new or recently refurbished. Clean and comfortable. The only drawback was the breakfast offering. The warm food was either reheated or it sat out so long that the prepackaged omelets and sausage had developed dry edges. The half-and-half containers were past the expiration date and had curdled. I give it 4 stars because the room was comfortable. If a decent "free" breakfast is important to you, knock a star off my review.
