I am surprised corporate has not noticed that teens are not the only shoppers, especially store shoppers. Abercrombie used to be a wonderful store with good clothes and unusual and sports items for self, home or other. Even the catalogue was a treat to receive. It is a real shame that store no longer exists, on any level.

1.) Calling to make inquiries or career updates ($17/Hour and up) adult positions BUT no one ever picks up. Very POOR communication channels!
2.) Company is EXTREMELY vain and only hires very attractive, fake looking doll like persons (of a girly girl or flamboyant nature) ONLY!
3.) MOST jobs pay below $11/Hour (not a livable wage at all) Everyone should be making $15/Hour - $24/Hour (MINIMUM) or else no one wants to work here!
4.) Year after year the style NEVER changes and always looks the same. No evolutionary changes, no design changes, most fabrics are extremely poor and overpriced. The POPULARITY image marketing has got to go! No one is buying it anymore! Branding is dead!
5.) No one hires transgender, non-binary or queer persons of HIGH IQ here! They don't seem to care about very intelligent persons with unique self proclaimed styles, high levels of empathy toward diverse cultures, etc. This is the 21st century! Get with the program!
6.) Creativity is GRAVELY lacking in the company; qualified millennials are forced to seek other companies because this one is still artificially basking in the sun staring in the mirror like a bunch of wanna-be celebrities with no personality!
7.) Logistical Processes are way outdated and repetitively causing massive turn over! Needs a major face lift and the culture needs to become more hip or this company will fade out quickly!

I was an manager at fitch for about 2 years. It actually wasn'that'd work at all and the people I hired made it a cool place to work at. I hired attractive, ambitious, and well spoken persons of all race and gender. Other stores may be different but my store was located in a small town in texas. Anyways, I see some comments below mine that are full of grammatical errors and it's not surprising you can't find or keep a job. If you don't care about your education then don't expect employer's to care about you. It's how the world works. Grow up and start talking like an adult.

Tried to place an on line order and it was cancelled no reason given tried again on the telephone again cancelled no reason given eitherterrible sales staff, no communication and lack of appropriate training in customer service..I would advise shop elsewhere Tried to order again only to find the order was being routed to Englandincompetent or what

Crap company. No job security. They will let you go for anything. Like literally anything. I know people who was let go just because the lead didn't like them so they lied and said their work productivity level wasn't up to par. How wasn't it up to par when its your first day? Don't go here at all. Also they will send you to ambercrombie where you will get no hours. I'm talking less than 10 hours a week and your supposed to be fulltime. Only time you will get hours is around Christmas. Plus at amebercrombie they show extreme racism, sexism and favoritism thats its unbelievable. Don't waste your time!!!
