It's a really nice place. The staff was up beat and will accommodate the best they can with a smile. McDonald's is right by the location but it's not 24hr. There are other gas and restaurants around also. If you are going to a concert at Nationwide it is about 15-20 minutes away. Uber was only 10-11 dollars from hotel.

My stay this time was uneventful which is a good thing. I've heard from plenty of other people about this place and it's a place you should avoid. The hotel has been robbed in the past and someone has been shot in their parking lot. Recommend searching the address for any police records and you will find quite the rap sheet. Check in at your own risk.

The location of Country Inn was very simple to find. Very hygienic and comfortable environment. Nice area as well, just an overall wonderful place to stay!

This is a higher end hotel for a reasonable price. There is a pool and a tiny gym along with other features like a meeting room and guest laundry. The breakfast was generally good, and the cleanliness was again slightly above average. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

I really liked this hotel a lot! It's very conveniently located by the airport and they have a shuttle. There's a lot of restaurant's within waking distance. Its very updated and kept up with. Clean and comfy and best of all pretty quiet! Their complementary breakfast is one of the best I've had (compared to other hotels) the staff is very friendly and hospitable. Will return here in the future!

Did not actually stay at this hotel but took the shuttle to here based on a misunderstanding ('country inn and suites airport' vs 'country inn and suites airport EAST'). They were however very friendly and the shuttle driver even gave us a ride to the other hotel! Almost wish we could have traded reservations

Nice room and breakfast. Service was subpar and they claim to have a shuttle, but it was actually very limited. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was due to the shuttle and they failed to properly inform me on them.

Not bad, stayed 2 nights. Room key had to be reprogrammed 2nd night, but no big deal. Pleasant staff. Good place to masturbate a lot.

“Get the suite room for Fridge & Microwave - remodeled fitness center”

Hello Again. 12 Nights at this location. Started out in a normal room then 2 days later went to request a fridge and microwave. Staff moved me to a suite with no additional charge. Up front this is the first Country In suites I ever stayed in and it was a comfortable stay. The hotel highlights to me were the indoor pool, jacuzzi and the NEWLY remodeled fitness center which so far this year has been the best one. My only real complaint was the "fresh smell of bacon" that woke me up every morning (0600) once I moved to the suite (room 216). Whether or not it is just that room I don't know. I get up at that time anyway so it wasn't a huge inconvenience. But by the 13 morning it was starting to make me sick.

i had a great time there. the breakfast provided was great! the reason i choose 4 stars instead of 5? when we first got there, there was a bug on the bed. yuck!

great location near the airport and surrounded by many other food options as well. Breakfast was pretty good. Beds were comfortable. The staff bid us goodbye as we left.

Very friendly, helpful staff!! Outstanding staff. Clean rooms, all with fridge and microwave, always a huge plus to me. Restaurants nearby. Modest breakfast is free. Short staffed while I was there, but they've got the sign out front that they're hiring. Will always be happy to stay here.

Worst hotel I ever stayed at. There was pieces of what looked like toilet paper floating all in the pool and balls of hair. The bathrooms need cleaned better and the hotel needs more staff. The continental breakfast was good however there is not enough staff to clean plates and stock the food for the guests during breakfast making it so people have to wait to get breakfast because there weren't plates or enough food every understaffed. Pool was closed the next day because of broken filter because they obviously don't maintenance their pool I could tell by how dirty and dusty it was. And they don't like to give any type of refunds or work with you on making your experience better. However the staff is very nice just management who need a rain check

New. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. First choice when staying in Canton. Gas and 24-hour McD's nearby. Close to downtown too. Just past the football Hall of Fame and nearby parks. Breakfast is OK and good for families with kids. It's all good. Wonderful hotel!
