Met with Eric who was extremely helpful and professiomal. Eric answered all my questions. I will be purchasing a Chieftain from MOMs come March or April time frame. Thank you for a pleasant visit.

The sales team here are great, they will definitely work with you and your budget. But the service team is why I keep going back. I don't go anywhere else!

Great place to get motorcycle parts. Colin was super professional. On the other hand floor sales associates will profile you and won't bother if they think you're not a potential sale . Other wise they will sweet talk you into any bike here .

Service is good but lacks communication with customer sometimes. Mike the service manager is very respectful and helpful. The larger problem lies with Indian, they sent the shop forks for my bike 4 times, 3 of them were damaged in shipping. How can Indian expect to run a business shipping damaged product over and over? I have been without my bike all summer and Indian added about a month to that by shipping damaged product. Indian/Polaris, wake up or go back to making ORV/Snowmobiles.

They were having an Open house and I drove up to meet one of my favorite YouTubers who had a small booth. Lots of great new and used motorcycles, a band, free coffee and pastry, and a free lunch! What's not to like. The staff was friendly and helpful, ready to answer any questions you might have. The physical plant was huge and nicely set up. I'll go there again.

Great Dealership. bought a 2016 Victory Cross Country Eight Ball. Love the Bike, sale process was smooth, easy Chris gave me a great deal , bent over backwards for me. Found out later that they are the largest Victory dealer in the world

Although I don't always feel their service is the best, I understand they get busy and can't help everyone. And I'm not going to take points off of this review because of that. However, I do not recommend going on a weekend if you are interesting in purchasing a bike and walking out with it the same day cause it will be difficult with them being so busy.
I don't have anything bad to say about MOM's, They have the largest selection of motorcycles I have ever seen, easily 500+ and you can sit on all of them or take them for a test ride if you want.

My husband bought a Cheiftan 2014 and he loved but wanted a full touring bike. So he upgraded to a Roadmaster 2017. He also had 2 friends with him who also purchased Roadmasters. He picked his bike up in the spring and was please with the fact they had done the recall. We went out for as many rides as the weather allowed when 2 weeks ago he went to start it and it would not start. Moms came and picked the bike up and he had it back in a few days with a new battery. Well the battery was not the problem we rode 2 weeks and then today it would not start again. We took a ride up to moms in the car to talk with the owner. Jim is a very nice man he took us in the office and listened to all the issues and right away he was having someone doing paperwork to pick it up and have it looked at on Monday.
We are truly impressed with the service and the kindness of the owner of MOM'S
I would recommend everyone looking for a motorcycle or service to check them out

Purchased a 2017 Yamaha R3 from Mom's South 2 weeks ago. The place is great and the staff are excellent at answering all your questions. The bikes are quality. My motorcycle is everything they said it would be and more. Eric Norville, was my salesman and a great guy to do business with. He didn't pressure me or persuade me. He called me back quickly with the financing deal and had me riding the next day. Thank you, Eric, and to moms. I'm very happy with the service and will be back for my upgrade next year. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I worked with Eric and Sean today. Sean helped me by sizing my helmet and introduced me to the main bike area. In the back bike area I met Eric. Eric was a no pressure salesman who helped me select a few good bikes. I ended up not purchasing one today however I will be back and hopefully make a purchase soon! The no pressure sales was definitely reassuring to me, a new rider.

Recently bought a new Victory Highball from Mom's. I must say, I got a great deal and the sales process was smooth and easy! They explained everything to me in detail without pressure. JOHN was a fantastic salesman. I can say that you can tell they are VERY busy! Sometimes it is a little hard to get through on the phone. That is ok with me, coming from a high volume business I can throw them a bone for that one. I would buy again from them!
