Steve was our Glass Tech. He was very prompt and called ahead to ensure someone would be home. He was also very concious of being careful and clean. Steve help by explaining to us how to our glass shower door works to keep from becoming damaged. The Glass Doctor of Atlanta is a stellar service and we wpould recommend them to our Family and friends.

I am so pleased with the overall service and price of my replacement of a glass table top. David, Frank DeOndra and Nia were everything I would of wanted from start to finish everything I expect in good customer service , a quality product and reasonable pricing. I would recommend The Glass Doctor.

I would strongly recommend the Glass Doctor. The staff is professional and possess great follow through skills. The specialist team arrived on time and did an excellent job in replacing my front door sidelight.

What a wonderful experience it was to work the Glass Doctor on our shower door and replacement window. The service / installers always called to update their arrival times, were very polite, and knowledgeable. After installation of our new shower door we noticed a scratch on the inside of the glass. Glass Doctor quickly delivered a replacement door. Thanks to John and Billy for all their work to make the customer happy. Angela Mitchell

I got three quotes, and the Glass Doctor is very competitive to replace shattered glass on an exterior French Door. Beware of those recommended on Angies List type sites. I think their members may be unsophisticated because the one quote I got from the guy from there was 250% of Glass Doctors quote. He gives a life time guarantee he said. That is great, what happens if he goes out of business. Glass Doctor is a larger firm, and they were able to get out, measure, order the glass and get it installed in about 10 days.

Impeccable service, from placing and online quote request to job being completed in 8-10 minutes. I have come to not expect this level of excellence in service these days. But these guys are an exception. Requesting a quote - breeze. Another person called to schedule the appointment ( called thursday - got it for Monday). The person also mention who will be doing the repairs and that they will call.
Matt and Randy were dot on time and wrapped up my repair of replacing a broken glass pane in no more than 10 minutes - from getting the broken glass out to puttying the new one in. They even re-assessed the price (a lower one than estimated originally over the phone) based on the window size. Great great service.response / report this review -

For our windshield replacement, the installer (Alex) was very courteous and professional with a morning call to let me know expected times. He also called prior to arrival to let me know the exact arrival time. Alex was quick and efficient with removal and replacement of the windshield. He didn't even mind me and my 7 year old watching the process as we were both curious how everything is done. Excellent experience and exceptional work!!

From the first call, working with Glass Doctor has been a great experience. The quoting process was professional and quick. The install team left the bathrooms cleaner than they were! The quality of the install and products far surpassed what we had in mind. I even needed them to come back out and swap out the chrome hardware for brushed nickel due to my mistake and they were able to to do the next day. Adding shower doors to our standard tubs and updating the master shower to a frameless door, elevated the feel of the home 100 fold. I would highly recommend Glass Doctor and their services.

I was so impressed with the service Glass Doctors provided. I had one of the worst starts to a Monday morning possible. I was walking to my car parked in a parking garage in downtown Atlanta after a long weekend at a music festival with friends. As I approached the car I discovered that the back right window had been shattered. The car had been broken into during the weekend. I was especially upset because I had a 3 and a half hour drive back to Charlotte. My insurance agent suggested that I call Glass Doctors, and I'm incredibly happy he did. To start, I was very pleased with my phone conversation I had with Max. He was very knowledgeable about the company and was very helpful. He helped navigate me through the various options and seemed truly interested in my situation. He gave me a quote for the replacement and scheduled an appointment. I was concerned that the driver may take a while to get to my location. But I was pleasantly surprised how quickly he arrived at my loca tion (I believe his name was William). He did an incredible job of removing the broken glass, replacing the new window, and cleaning up all of the debris in my backseat. I will be sure to suggest Glass Doctors to any friends that find themselves in similar situations. Thank you guys so much for being ready to help and solving my big dilemma.

Very polite and efficient technicians who were able to answer my questions. Also very easy to speak directly with someone in the office regarding scheduling, billing and payments. The person who scheduled my glass installation even provided a discount coupon that I was not aware of, making my cost even more reasonable. Best of all, the glass was delivered and installed more quickly than promised and looked great.
