DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They took payment for item and they have not sent me updates on my order or send my tracking. They were fast on getting my payment but not fast in returning any calls, emails, messages, etc. It is not easy working with this company for any refunds or even orders.

Excellent service!! Extremely fast shipment! I refer all of my diesel truck customers who are looking for EGR Delete Kits to Custom Diesel. Have never had any problems with any of the items that have been purchased from this company. Absolutely no complaints from my customers or myself. They are always willing to help and will do whatever research is necessary to find the answers to your questions Even for a brand new vehicle!! Joannie is the greatest!!
