We were shopping for a Mercedes for our family last month. My husband and I had a great experience with the sales man Joe Carbonell. He is not one of those aggressive sale- the car-no-matter-what guy.
He was very patient and knowledgeable and most importantly very open. He never rushed us or made us feel that we’re taking too much of his time ( which we certainly did). It took us couple of trips to the dealership to decide which car we want. Joe is truly a pleasure to deal with. We’ll definitely be back and will recommend him to all our friends.
I also wanted to mention a sales man from the same dealership but the building is across the street. They sale brand new Mercedes cars. Unfortunately I don’t remember his name. He is tall Iranian man. My husband and I were wandering around waiting for financing approval on our purchase when he came over just to keep us company. He new we were waiting for Joe to proccess us and were not buying anything else and still he was very happy to tell us about all the new stuff going on with brand new models. We actually learned a lot from him. He even invited us for the employee lunch. I’m very impressed with professionalism and genuine friendliness of those people.

I stopped on the road with a tire problem. Service Department was pleasant and helpful. They fit me in and replaced the tire. Honored the warranty. Got me back on the road in about an hour and 15 minutes. All in all, a pleasant and professional experience.

Went to look at a used E-Class, dealt with a gentleman named Willie Williams. He was fine at first, but the second i expressed discontent with the price he started to become very rude and disrespectful. I've been to many dealerships and I've had negative experiences with salesman, but none as bad as the legendary Willie Williams. He was impatient and rude. Cosmetically the dealership was fine but if you go please don't deal with him.

Worst dealership I ever dealt with and I own 5 cars. DISHONEST -- Avoid Avoid Avoid! Signed a deal on a new Mercedes C300 4Matic, had the contract signed and my Amex charged for the 1st payment. I get a phone call 2 days later from the dealership manager saying he can't honor the deal that they signed that his Salesman Mitch Clinton approved and charged my card for.
Tried to overcharge me for the same car $100 more per month post fact that I had already signed the lease contract.

I went to Mercedes Benz of Fairfield instead, showed them what they did to me. Those guys at Fairfield are Straight Shooters!! Very honest and great guys to deal with. They matched the same original price per month that I had with Greenwich on a more expensive/equipped car. They were able to transfer the 1st month payment that Greenwich charged me and apply to my current deal. Mercedes of Fairfield is BY FAR #1 dealership.

Don't waste your time with these dishonest people. Go straight to Fairfield and avoid the hassle and disappointment. .

I recently purchased the new 2017 C43 AMG from this dealership. 5 stars doesn't cut it when I have to rate the experience of test-driving the vehicle and working on a package with Benny Nrecaj. He, along with the staff at Mercedes-Benz of Greenwich were awesome. I have definitely recommended this dealership to family and friends. I have bought multiple cars and this was my best car buying experience yet. Everyone was very nice and Bobby my sales rep. listened to all my needs to find me the perfect car. He is very knowledgeable and very patient to say the least. He walked me through all the amazing and useful features my car has and made purchasing a vehicle which is normally frustrating, a fun and non stressful experience.
