I went to get a repair at the freightliner. It was handled in a timely manner and it was done right. The service was going to take overnight bc the part was not there and I didn't want to spend the night at freightliner so there is a young man named Dajon in service that was extremely helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty and took it upon himself to take me to get a rental car and was extremely genuine and truly just wanted to help someone in need. He was very honest; I knew I could trust him and he was definitely a big help. There was also a young man named Adam in service that was extremely helpful as well and made sure that I got my part expediently and they had me out the door earlier than previously anticipated and my price was cheaper than what I had been quoted. I brought in a running truck (not running right but it was running )they charged me $1500 to find my problem(Witch was spuing oil all over the place and was miss firing) they were charging me $6800 to fix the oil problem but had to further diagnose my truck to figure out why it was miss firing. I told them to put everything back together cause I refused to pay that much. They ended up telling me that they broke the turbo actuator and that I had to pay for a new one, so I'm like how you figure that you broke a$400 part that had nothing to do with part of my problem and I have to pay for it thats ridiculous. They refused to put everything back together, they said either I proceed with the work or they can put everything in a box and I can tow the truck out of there. I was there from a Monday till the following Monday had to pay them over $1500 to get my truck back and ended up having to tow my truck out of there. So if you don't like throwing your money away, I recommend you NOT GO THERE THEY ARE THIEVES! And nothing gets done and they brake your parts and make you pay for it.

23 hr wait so far. They dont care if you are loaded or not 2 hrs so far in the shop for a forced regen. No communication . I wont be back here

Had truck for 4 days for a On Guard issue. Could not figure out the problem even tho they had all the codes that kept popping up. I recommend staying away from this dealer. I lost a week of work because of these people. Also if you are going to drop your truck off at night, be prepared to stand around and wait for the service advisor to come out of the back. Stay away!

They kept our truck for 10 days, thousands in diagnostics, ripped us off in parts and then said it would be another $3000 to $4000 to change the turbo! Was told "we have our best man on it!" My response, "if this is your best man, this shop is screwed!" Stay away! This place and the people there are a joke!
