I try to stay at this Hotel whenever I am in the region for multiple reasons:

* Super-friendly and helpful staff
* Easy to access without the many traffic lights that decorate downtown Saratoga
* It is conveniently located to downtown Saratoga if you don't mind a walk (it is abut 15 minutes - on SIDEWALKS - to the restaurant area around Broadway)
* It has nice rooms with enough space
* It has an affiliation with the local YMCA - so you can use their facilities without any extra pay

While the breakfast buffet is well adequate, the only little thing I am missing during longer stays is a little more variety on the breakfast buffet - just a few slices of cheese and salami would be perfect.

Rooms appear recently renovated and the staff was helpful and friendly. Don't listen to COURTNEY D, she dont know the first thing about hotels neither does SEAN W. these two clearly enjoy insulting good hotels in order to get comped rooms. THEY ARE A SCAM. Also Henry at reception was so accommodating and useful.

The location is awesome. Takes less than 5min to get anywhere downtown from here. Rooms were clean and cozy. Staff is also very nice.

I stayed at the Saratoga Springs Hilton hotel on June 29th with my retired mother during a trip. I was shocked by the cost online, but became impressed by the website. I figured I would spoil my mom with a fancy hotel for a night. I reserved a room with 2 double beds and paid ahead for 2 breakfast meals in their restaurant, totaling $182 for 1 night. The breakfast was very reasonable, unlike the severely overpriced room.
I was not able to open the door to the 1st room we were given. After going to the front desk and waiting a long while, someone came to the room and said I have to hit it with my hip or shoulder to open it. That is pathetic. Guests should not have to do that to open the door to a Hilton hotel. I requested a different room. Both rooms were small and confined, very basic, no larger, no more impressive, and no more ammenities than the $60 motel room we stayed at the night before. The affordable motel was nicer and more comfortable than Hilton's $182. With rooms and standards like these, I didn't dare use the pool.

The hotel staff are very friendly and very accommodating. The staff member at the front desk even called to check to make sure everything was in order and to check if I needed anything.

My room was clean and very nice. I was traveling alone but my room could accommodate my family of 4 quite nicely. There was plenty of room with a nice desk to work at and a couch to relax on. There was a nice TV and free internet service.

The bathroom was very large and stocked with plenty of towels and free soap and shampoo.

Nice place to visit. We live close and stayed here for the night during a recent trip to Saratoga. Staff pleasant.

As a driver that visits this place for delivery. The loading area is a mess. The dumpster is in the way. The button to ring for service is like something from Radio Shack from the 80 's and the dock is falling apart due to the dumpster being in the way and trucks hitting it crooked. Needs a major renovation for deliveries.

Stayed here on a business trip for one night. After a less than pleasant flight, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff were kind, and made sure I had what I needed. The room was clean and the lobby nicely decorated.

Everything was nice except for the $11 charge for a continental breakfast. I have never been to a hotel that charges, let alone that much. It was a surprise we didn't realize until after we sat down with food.

Room is very warming and comforting. Pool and spa are kept clean and the staff are very friendly. We visited the town hoping that we would visit Glenn Falls thinking it was a waterfall on relaxing river to figure out it was just a town. Still lovely place to stay.
