Overall condition of the room is nice but more often than not there is no hot water and forced to take cold showers. I have been staying here 1 week so far and might have to stay another week depending on whether work keep me here longer. Would be nice to have a hot shower every day. Housekeeping staff is very cordial but a couple off the front office employees are rude and need some Customer Service training. One in particular will not answer questions directly over the phone and tells me I have to come down to the office for most of my questions and then abruptly hangs up the phone without saying goodbye and before I am finished talking.

I booked two nights at this place which was supposed to be Tue/Wed night ..House Keeping came to my door around 12:20 pm and said your supposed to leave today.I left the room and went to the office and ask what was the issue I booked for two nights yet again (Monday/Tuesday).She looked up my booking and said you came around 2:00 am Tuesday which still consider a Monday am like no one inform me of this.Not only didn't they offer me a discount but told me I have to book another day which I did.So not only I had to pay again I also paid for a night which I never slept in the room,If I was inform of this I would have booked three nights instead.I The Manager didn't even want to speak to me at all very bad customer service.
Now that's not the only issue I had the room they gave me the door doesn't work well (266) hopefully they fix it with the money I gave free to there expense also the room smell like cigarettes which I don't smoke.
I will call my bank and disputes these charges.I will never stay here again.response / report this review -

Me and my family had just lost our house in a fire and everything we had. They understood that we only had one form of identification and took us in and made sure we were comfortable. Our room was clean, & very cozy. We slept amazing.

I was here at 10 minutes to 3 p.m to check in but was told I could not check in till 3 p.m. ok, fine. 3 p.m came and went. More people were coming in to check in but rooms were still not ready. The front desk clerk could not get housekeeping to communicate with her over her walkie-talkie. She finally asked one of the seven guests that were waiting to check in to catch the housekeeper around the corner and ask her to come in side. Finally they started inputting clean rooms to get the guests checked in but by this time it was 3:45 P.m. I get to my room where there's a little table and chair. Under the table, and a good portion around it was a very greasy slick floor that I slipped in, luckily I didn't fall. The room is old and outdated and the blanket is covered with cigarette burns including the tubs edge and the table. The next day I left at 7 a.m. and returned at 4:30 p.m. I could not get in my room so I had to get my room key programmed again. Once in the room I noticed that nothing had been touched, no fresh towels, bed unmade, trash can full and floor still greasy. I reported it to the desk clerk and she said housekeeping's left for the day, there will be a report made. It's obvious these floors have not been mopped in weeks because my socks turned black walking on it. I'm here for two more nights and have to be here as I work in this area but I will never stay here again and I don't recommend it. I don't know how this keeps getting a 3-star rating cause I didn't want to give it any. After my experience I have seen several reviews of the same experience and the reply from the hotel is always the same as if it is rehearsed but nothing changes.

Stayed for 14 nights. Had to get a new key from office every evening. They only cleaned my room if I requested it. Front desk staff were very polite. Walking distance from grocery, fast food and gas.

I have stayed at motel 6 many times in many locations and always had good experience but this was bad one. Roaches in my room. Broken tv remote. And the the vending machine was empty. The clerk was friendly. So fix this above and the hotel will be fine. Should not be complicated to fix.

This place helped save my room while no one else affordable had a vacancy. Danielle at the front desk put up with a lot of stuff tonight and somehow genuinely stayed positive. In 34 years can't remember that kind of hospitality.

I felt like I was perfectly at home and the staff were punctual and very hospitable in regards to customer service. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone that's in town looking to save money and in need of a excellent place to stay. I would also like to mention the cleanliness of the grounds was top notch and the rooms were in great condition. Finally, the General Manager Derrick Douglas was on top of everything and kept everything solid with his staff as well I was very impressed.

I have had to stay here a little over a week now and have been treated very well! the rooms are clean and well kept. the staff is always friendly and asking what I need. there have been a few times where I needed a little extra time or help and they have always been willing to work with me. this is a great motel!

If you're mainly looking for a place to sleep and shower it will work. The price isn't too bad and the beds are tolerable. You won't find the shower going cold on you which is a plus unless you want a cold one. Management is very helpful and try their best to accommodate you.

The room was clean. Although i didn't receive the room type i had reserved, i was still pleased with it. The location of the property, in relation to ease of access to I-95, was extremely convenient. However, after checking in and sunset, I was taken aback by the "kind" of people patronizing the establishment. But due to the fact that we didn't have any problems and there was constant police surveillance, I overlooked it because we were only staying one night. The staff was extremely nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. Great stay overall!

We were looking for something near food and a club we were going to be going to and came across Motel 6. We are not from the area so we decided to give it a try and I was pretty amazed at how clean the rooms were and how well kept the pool was as well. We had 3 rooms and the receptionist tried to make sure we were next to each other because she knew we wanted to be near each other. I would love for maybe a breakfast or maybe have some vending machines upstairs as well instead of having to walk down stairs to the vending area but other than that i would like to say i enjoyed my stay !

Overall very nice. Bed was very comfortable. TV worked fine. Toilet had a slight plumbing problem & ran constantly. Did not have time to report or sure it would have been taken care of. Very easy checking & check out with friendly & efficient front desk staff. Would stay here again if in town.
