The particular condominium shown to me was spectacular and was offered at an affordable and reasonable rate for three days/nights in September. Maura and Margo in the office were kind, honest, and helpful.

This place is a dump! When we got to our room, it wreaked of cigarette smoke, and was filthy. We immediately told the staff that we could not stay there. They said they would issue a full refund through Expedia, but never did so. We are still fighting with Expedia on the charges.

This might be an OK condo. The building is cool and old, lots of character. The pool is nice, the room was small but nice. I'm a little ashamed to say the inside of the building kind of smelled funny. The staff was very nice. Parking is a nightmare. Street only, and between 9am and 6pm you have to move your car every hour or two depending on the zone A real pain.

We stayed here for 5 nights while attending the NACDS Convention. I would never stay here again! The condo we stayed in was in desperate need of an update and thorough cleaning. Nothing looked or felt clean. Only had a pedestal sink in the bathroom with absolutely nowhere to sit anything down. The lighting was horrible making it impossible to properly put my makeup on. The towels were very thin, like a Holiday Inn. The sheets were scratchy and the pillows needed to be replaced. Only place to sit down was in the two ugly brown recliners. The AC unit made so much noise that I had to wear earplugs in order to get some sleep. The staff was pleasant and helpful but that would never make up for the room. Also the pool was very small with only about 12 lounge chairs total. And no personal safe anywhere on the property to store your valuables. There were 4 others in our group, so I know that every room was different but it was unanimous that we would not recommend this place to anyone.
