Shouldn't even give a star, my husband and many other linemen stayed here due to hurricane Irma damage while they restored power. While they were at work many came back to find stuff STOLEN from their rooms. Front desk lady offered no help and when they asked to speak to the manager or get a contact number for her/him Front desk lady said no. The linemen had to call the cops. On top of getting their stuff stolen the place was dirty. The 1st night the guys bought cleaning supplies to disinfect the room. Now if the place was dirty due to storm damage it wouldn't be a big deal but based on the other reviews this is an ongoing issue. Not recommended to stay at but I do recommend they fire the front desk lady and train the cleaning staff.

I don't know why anyone would stay here. We're in town to help with hurricane Irma power restoration. This is where FP&L decided we would be best off.
The good:
They have put some money into the rooms and they appear to be working on the exterior. The refrigerator and microwave are decent. The beds are ok and the fixtures are updated.
The bad:
The room was filthy. There is a spit wad on the wall, some unidentifiable mess on the front of the sink, and the bathroom had not been cleaned in I don't know how long. The toilet and floor was covered in urine. There was a pee soaked wad of toilet paper on the floor and the soap from the previous occupants still in the shower complete with body hairs. There are burns on the shower curtain; at least that's what I hope they are.
I've seen some responses from the owner. If I can offer some advice, figure out your staff problem. Obviously some of the them aren't cutting it, at all.
Finally; it seems like they are trying to improve. If the place was clean, I'd give it 4 stars. For a budget motel it could be awesome. For now IT IS TERRIBLE.

Inn of america.dont ever go there!!!!!very dirty!!!smells like an ashtray exploded !!!!OMG!!!SO SO DISCUSTING!!! Cigarette burns on the floor and the beds!!! Sheets so dirty!!!!if I could give negative stars I would!!!!!!!

If I could give it a zero I would but won't let me. The sheets, covers and pillows were dirty and I think I found dead bed bugs. Also shower handle was broke so couldn't change tempeture.just a nasty place and staff was horrible. Also burns in sheets and smelled like somebody smoked a pack of cigarettes in the room before we got there in a none smoking room

The hotel is in a convenient location off I95 other than that, there is nothing positive about this hotel. It is crime ridden and filled with drugs and prostitutes that says about all anybody should want to know.

The owner is not very customer friendly or accommodating. He argued us down about an error that was made on the part of his staff as if we had done something wrong. The room was not bad but I would not be giving him anymore of my business. My advice to him is to put the customer before the money.

Clean rooms, upgraded w granite tops. Mini fridge is bigger & nicer than most. Microwave has plug ins for hot plate etc. You get what you pay for but for price very nice. Great location! Across from Publix plaza w gas station next door also..

Their free Wi-Fi doesn't work, and I saw a roach at the cashier's desk crawling as soon as I come in. However the non smoking room I stayed in had no bugs, comfy beds, and a clean shower with hot steamy water. The free pool is also nice and clean. The free breakfast is a bit lackluster but it was enough to get my day started.
