The drivers are usually great but a couple of times they have been real asses. I see some of the people they have to deal with everyday but your a representative of your company, act like it please. I have many drivers that are very friendly. I guess there are always a few rotten eggs in the basket.

Busses from monterey to salinas are constantly late, and are bad at connecting with other busses, it's definitely not worth the dollar increase

Lost my 31 day pass and there was no help to replace it even with my reciept and bank statement. Very bad customer service at the Transit office in Salinas and Monterey. The bus drivers are helpful.

Lots of service with small budget. A lot could be done to improve efficiency like using one payment system but they try and accommodate all types of payment. I appreciate the availability of the buses which has saved me a lot of money in transportation. Even with passes it is very cheap depending on how many buses you have to ride. I like using Google maps which really makes it easy to find routes with eta.

Month passes cost more than double, what they cost in Southern California. And day passes cost more than quadrupal what they cost in Southern California. And the staff working there are EXTREMELY RUDE.
