  Map quest sent me to an old adress. Hard to find at night. Corner of Indio Blvd and Civic center. Across the street from a restaurant. El Rinconcito Norteño. Greyhound Trailer On the left hand side if you are going East on Indio Blvd.

  This is a review for Greyhound as a whole. I wish I can give Greyhound a negative 5 stars.
  
  1. They closed their Indio location witout updating their website.
  
  2. They over booked my bus, so there was noooo room for me and another rider.
  
  3. They sold me a ticket, but they gave away my sit.
  
  4. They refused to transfer me to the next available bus.
  
  5. To top it all, I bet they will not care about what they did and force me to BUY another ticket.
  
  Don't trust Greyhound when you need them the most. I hope Uber starts using buses and runs Greyhound to the ground.

  TRYING TO CALL TO GIVE A CONFIRMATION NUMBERNO ANSWER! HEY I NEED A JOB, I KNOW HOW TO PICK UP A PHONE. WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE??? SHEER LAZINESS
