In September, I left behind my baggage in the train, and i got down in this station by mistake.
Station staff corresponded it for me in my feeling. Next day, I could get my baggage. I would like to take this place to express my appreciation to you all. And, I came back to Japan. Thank you!!

Good parking. Many restaurants. Catch trains or buses here. Download apps. for Amtrak, Metrolink, OCTA, and Uber or Lyft to make travel and info easier.

So I want to say this post is not about Metrolink or really the station per se it's more about the fact that if in the off chance you needed to use the bathroom inside the (Amtrak terminal) God help you because the staff is terrible. The man seems so terribly inconvenienced by any disruption whatsoever. One of the elevators happens to also be down when I arrived earlier this morning and when I asked went to inquire about whether or not it was still down. He said "the stairs are over there ma'am" what the heck. I responded with yeah thanks I'm disabled. He then told me there is a shuttle over there and pointed away from the train area. The shuttle was in fact on the opposite side of the tracks which he would have had to radio over to help me. Which he didn't even bother to offer anything more than misdirection. Well I have some direction for Amtrak officials train your people to treat Everyone with dignity and respect and there are more often than not at various stations angry and bitter Amtrak agents who seem to be in no hurry to help or serve in a customer service position. It's very sad so many people (good, friendly, honest people) looking for work and we pay for attitudes and the impression of we are somehow inconveniencing the customer service individuals. Very sad indeed.

I've never ridden Amtrak and the guy working the front was rude the two times I spoke with him. He seemed disinterested in helping and like he didn't want to be there. It's 9:30am, that's too early to not want to be there. I should've gone to the lady as she seemed nicer.

Good, reasonably priced food. Efficient, friendly staff. Watching trains is a pleasant way to pass the time.

Never a problem at this location other than the trains frequently run late. Waiting g area clean, cafe next door with good food. If you are on a South bound, tell your ride to pick you up at 173 Walnut on the South side of the station, it saves you walking over the bridge. Graffiti in/on elevators but I have never seen the vermin
