Well let me tell you about Tuesdays with Crystal! Don't come with a thin skin or mojo! Lots of fun! Good times. Food is great! (No calamari) Stop in!
Food was good. Artichoke dip wasn't as tasty as I expected and a bit too creamy and not quite hot enough But it was extra tasty the next day. Service was efficient while actually eating but we stayed to talk for a bit after and were never checked on our offered beverage refills or anything.
Moved into the area and it took me over two years to finally come visit. Wasn’t disappointed. The food was fantastic and the fall drinks were great as well. My waitress was very friendly. I will definitely come back and next time try the pizza.
Amazing food! Pizza out-of this world , not frozen and sauce was fantastic, I am extremely picky about anything Italian as I grew up the real deal. This was so full of flavor. The chicken breast sandwich was cooked perfectly and the breading was great. Waitress was so nice and took great care of us. We never had to ask for anything she was on the ball, bringing new soft drinks as ours depleted. Can't wait to go back, wish they had a location in Westmoreland County.
This place is always packed but the food is just barely adequate and a bit pricey. Lots of oil and salt in the food. The lasagna which is highly rated was not very good at all. The Kids mac & cheese and the Alfredo was good. Would not recommend for a tasty night out.
Great people service food and atmosphere! Good parking and always clean! We have always loved Monte Cellos and we always will. Babcock Blvd is our favorite
Great food and atmosphere. I was there for a baby shower. They had a seperate room for the party that was pretty private. The waitress was amazing! She was extremely friendly and was on top of things throughout the day!
Awesome gluten free pizza crust! (My aunt has celiac) Plus you can request that to go with the spinach and artichoke dip.
Also love the garlic bread they give you with the dinner entrees.
I've had so-so service recently (Waited 15 minutes for water, forgot about our fifth person in the party so they didn't have a drink/plate/silverware). I would probably give them 4.5 stars if I could, but overall, I heartily recommend this restaurant.
I have been dining here since I was a child. I've never been unsatisfied with the food; it's always been delicious no matter what I order. The wedding soup is one of my favorites here and unlike a lot of other restaurants, Monte Cello's puts a lot of meatballs in it. (Most other places I've been to you only get 2-3 meatballs in a bowl.) The prices are very fair, especially for alcohol. The portions are not small, I usually have to take some food home but the portions are perfect for the males in my family. Great place for both large and small groups as the staff is very accommodating and the restaurant is spacious.
One of absolute favorite places especially with friends.
Great Food and service. I had the Grilled Salmon with pistachio glaze !! Superb !!
My wife and our friend had the Baked Meatballs and Pasta. They both loved it.
Generous portions (some for tomorrow ).
Had a great graduation party here. Staff was wonderful and attentive. Private room, good good and adorable
Their steak, onion, and ranch pizza is by far the best pizza I have had. Their salads are large and so very good. Their home made ranch dressing is my favorite in the area.
I've had really good service here in the past. Decent food, but agree the parking arrangement is real bad, especially when busy. Also, on my last receipt, they tried to charge us for food and soft drinks that my party didn't order. Check your receipt before you pay!
Me and my husband used to love this place. Had a few anniversary dinners there and loved the staff, ambiance, and food. But we had a terrible experience a few weeks ago. His pasta was cold and my salad dressing had a weird taste. We were offered no refills. Nobody checked on us after we were served so we couldn't really tell anyone there was a problem. We just ate and made the most of it. I'm hoping it was just an off night. It was a weeknight. Pens game. The staff seemed young and new. I had to explain an IPA was beer. We were the only people dining in at one point and there was no atmosphere to it. Not like the really great dinners we've had there in the past where it's crowded and busy.
