A favorite place to relax with a great cup of coffee. Coffee shop is set in an old building which is comfy and cozy.
Having been away from Indy for 12 years, I was happy to find that the Monon hadn't changed, except for the owner. Leslie has worked there for as many years as I can remember and now owns it. Still the best coffee place in town.
This place is great. Very cozy local coffee shop. They have everything you’d expect on the menu, and it’s done well. They also offer their own fun seasonal selections. Try their chai latte; it’s way better than any chain’s chai.
Fantastic little hole in the wall. Couldn't believe it wasn't busier. Coffee was fresh, tasty and the barista was friendly. Comfortable, good wifi - wish I had something like this close to home!
The baristas here are rude and choose who they want to be customers. They have no concern for customer service and satisfaction , and seem to cater only to who the baristas think should be customers. Customer service should be number one concern . This is not the case at this establishment. Be weary of the baristas, if they're having a bad day they might ask you to not return.
Good people. Good coffee. Vegan treats. Seating has always been weird.
Lovely little place with lots of coffee and tea options. They had quite a few food options as well with vegan pastries and such. It gets pretty crowded when they're busy, so depending on when you go, you might have a hard time finding a seat.
My wife and I used to own and run a coffee shop, and we agree this place is GREAT! Great italian style espresso. Tasty and creative croissant sandwiches and a nice selection of delicious pastries. Nice and cozy inside. Recently renovated and looks brilliant. A bench out side to enjoy your coffee in the heart of Broad Ripple. Plus they have long hours for the later in the day jolt. Our favorite coffee shop with a great staff. Support local. Support this coffee shop!
We are from out of town and stopped in for an after dinner coffee. The place was cute and service was good but the latte I got tasted like water and my husbands just tasted like vanilla syrup. We did come in close to closing time so maybe that had something to do with it? I'm not sure, but I was pretty disappointed.
Quaint local coffee shop. Nice people and a diverse crowd. Also some barista dancing happens occasionally.
This place is pretty horrible. The coffee is almost never fresh, the espresso shots are always over extracted. If you actually like coffee, probably not the place to go. Furthermore they were pretty rude to me when I went, no one greeted me they all just stood around taking.
Cute coffee shop with tasty baked goods as well. Non-dairy milk available for the vegans and allergy crowd. Seating is a little tight, so this isn't really a place to sit down and hog a table with your laptop. But it's a great spot to grab coffee and dessert after getting a meal at one of the many restaurants nearby.
