Great local coffee shop nestled into the north end of fountain square. Lots of space for groups meet-ups, working solo or just reading something from their bookshelves. Friendly staff, they were so helpful!

Excellent home-roasted coffee, outstanding service, lively vibe. The place was packed, but didn't feel overwhelmed.

Absolutely perfect. Right amount of noise - the usual background murmur balanced against quiet non-intrusive music - functional seating with plenty of room to work or hang out. Staff were friendly, quick, and the drinks are amazing. Will be back often!

Wonderful and niche coffee shop. We went there every day we were in Indy. Very friendly staff and inclusive nature. Highly recommend a visit if you love complex coffee options. You may be overwhelmed if you are not a "coffee person".

Disappointed in the lack of latte art but the smoothness of the latte made up for that. Awesome location with nice places to eat nearby. Excellent space as well, plenty of seating with a nice open space. Parking might be a bit of a pickle but having to walk a bit to get here will be well worth it.

I immediately walked up and friendly patron inquired why I seemed nervous. I explained I was looking for a dog friendly coffee place for my morning off and since the outdoor seating didn't seem to have a server I was out of luck. He then offered to watch my dog for me but told me dogs are welcome inside to order and eat. The experience just got better from there. Shelia was informative and helpful in ordering, atmosphere was great and other patrons were extremely laid back and friendly (most importantly accepting and welcoming of my dog). Hidden gem I had not discovered and will 100% be making a return. DISCLAIMLER: this was a Wednesday morning.

This is my favorite spot for java, meetings, pumpkin bars and almond croissants. The atmosphere is eclectic complete with smiles and warm greetings. Never feels rushed or hectic even when there's a crowd. EVERYONE is welcome.

Visiting Indy from Austin and luckily happened upon this place. Quite literally one of the best cappuccinos of my life. Awesome atmosphere and incredibly friendly staff.

My 4 year old daughter had a day off school. She and I headed downtown to fountain square for some fun. We were walking by Calvin Fletcher'a and my daughter said, "you like coffee and you haven't been here. We should go in." Well, how can I argue with that logic.

The coffee shop felt roomy, yet cozy. The staff was so fun to be around. They seemed to really like working there.

It is a good location and I really liked the Fletcher Place Blend coffee.

Looking forward to another trip here.

A great place to grab some coffee and get your work done. Also good for small groups or for a small meetup. Has a good collection of books and paintings. The coffee is good, but can be improved upon. This place is usually crowded in the evenings. Check out their monthly specials, they are usually good. And if you are hungry, they have some good sandwich options.

This is another coffee shop in Indy that I want to love, but that's missing the mark just a little bit. While the people and environment are pretty awesome, the coffee and food miss the mark a little bit.

As is my usual, I decided to go with the standard drip coffee. Yes it's a little boring, but it's usually predictable and reliable. Unfortunately the beans were either over-roasted or over-extracted resulting in a pretty strong but unbalanced cup of coffee. I wish that was all, but the food didn't fare much better.

I'm also a fiend for a good breakfast sandwich, and so I was really excited to find one on their menu for under $3.00. My excitement wore of pretty quickly though when they delivered the food, as it was most certainly a microwave breakfast sandwich (from my vast knowledge of breakfast sandwiches I believe it to be of the Jimmy Dean variety).

So here's the rub. Both the food and coffee left something to be desired, but for some reason I still plan on going back. There's something about the atmosphere that I really loved. I'm hopeful that they will figure everything else out in time.
