My husband & I hadn’t purchased a car in 4 years and to be honest I was a little anxious but my entire purchase experience from beginning to end with Tom Wood Volkswagen was EXCELLENT!
Greg our Salesman was very thorough which immediately put us at ease. Patrick the Technician who personally inspected our vehicle also provided great insight regarding a last minute question. Brian the Financial Services/Sales Manager was very professional while finalizing all our paperwork.
Greg, Patrick and Brian were all very knowledgeable and polite.
Everyone should purchase a car from Tom Wood Volkswagen!

I dropped off my car for what I expected to be a minor repair. My car ended up being at the dealership for 12-13 days.
I have less than 50,000 miles on a vehicle that has been serviced according to the suggested maintenance schedule (with multiple trips between appointments to have fluids checked).
I had a major repair, a portion of which was the second time one of the issues occurred. The first time the issue occurred was at 35,000 miles. Luckily, my car is still under warranty.

I am less than pleased and basically was dismissed when I asked questions about why this is happening and if it is a known issue to VW.
Frustrated is not extreme enough for how I feel. I feel cheated. I feel like I’m going to pay the price when I sell or trade for a lemon.

Very efficient service performance. They had a great staff to help answer any questions that I had. They ended up needing my car overnight so they asked if I needed a loaner car to get me by. Didn’t expect that amount of service then when I picked up my car, it was washed and vacuumed out. I will definitely go back for more service!

One of the worst experiences I have had with a dealer. I located a vehicle on Cargurus and placed a request to contact me. They did not for several days. I then contacted them and spoke with a sales person " DJ" who told me she could get me a 1.9 % interest rate saying that they had lots of lenders they worked with. I submitted my credit info and was told even with an 800+ score that the best they could do was 3.5. They were not really willing to negotiate and suddenly the sales person was gone. " no longer worked there" Yea right. The were not willing to make concessions for the offer that their sales person made. I attempted to negotiate to cover the difference and instead they sold the vehicle and never let me know. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They do not care about your business. You will be sorry if you do.

I have been having service done on my car at Tom Wood since 2012 and have always received excellent care and service, from having a comfy place to wait or a shuttle ride from the amazing Gene to always having my car returned nice a clean. Everything about this place is top notch. I had my car there last week and it was taking a bit longer than was anticipated so my service tech Darrick Thames put me in a loaner and got me on my way. When I returned the car my daughter had left an item behind. I called Darrick and he graciously made sure it was returned to me. I just want to say thanks so much to him personally for taking such good care of my needs!

Buying a Volkswagen from this dealership was a great experience. Anya made the whole car buying process easy and pleasant. It's a beautiful facility, and all the employees I encountered were all friendly and helpful. The dealership is a one stop shop for all the needs of your Volkswagen which is very nice. If you want to buy a Volkswagen I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Greg was great throughout the entire process. He helped me identify a vehicle after the one I was initially interested in sold before I could get to the dealership. The car was ready to go when I arrived at the dealership and we were test driving within minutes. Sam in finance was very helpful, and found a better financing option than the one I had come with from my own bank. All in all, I left very impressed with the entire car buying experience.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing my new car. John was absolutely amazing and made the process a piece of cake. I told them what I was looking for and John had several recommendations based on my needs. It never felt like he was pushing me towards one car or another and was super helpful with all of my questions. I would highly recommended TWV to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I'd been to another dealership and felt like a burdenlike the sales person thought I was just another number. Discouraged, I thought I'd give one more a chance. When I walked in to this dealership, my mom and I were greeted with a warm smile and just a whole positive vibe. In March 2016, a sales associate by the name of Gregory assisted me with finding a new Volkswagen Beetle (my previous vehicle was a used Beetle, so obviously I can't get enough of this model). He went above and beyond with making sure I received a Beetle with the interior and exterior color combo that I wanted. I get so many compliments on it!

When it came time for my wheel alignment and oil change this year, I was helped by Jack in the service department. Another friendly employee, another great experience at Tom Wood Volkswagen. Thank you!
