The team at Molly Taylor & Co did such a fantastic job on flowers for our wedding! The flowers were beautiful and were exactly what we wanted. The original reception was cancelled due to COVID, but their team pivoted with us and altered our original floral plans to accommodate our smaller, more intimate wedding. Thank you so much, Bailey and team! You made floral so easy and did an amazing job!

I just received a Gorgeous Flower-
Plant arrangement, from my beloved church, Christ Community Chapel, as I recently lost my dear brother.
I can't say enough Positive things about how BEAUTIFULLY DONE THE ARRANGEMENT IS!!
The colors chosen were so cheery and bright, and just what was needed!!
Time was spent on this, and anyone
could see the Professionalism and Love that was spent.

To those considering a simple delivery, pick a different florist. See below for our specific experiences, but the moral of the story is that daily orders and average customers are certainly not a priority for Molly Taylor & Co. The price point is high, which should imply at least a decent level of customer service, but in our two attempts, we have received shoddy at best instead. On top of that, Molly Taylor & Co. did absolutely nothing to try to maintain our business when these instances occurred nor has anyone replied to my attempts to follow up. What a huge disappointment when something as simple as "I'm Sorry" could have saved my opinion.
I have now twice been the recipient of two absolutely beautiful Molly Taylor & Co. bouquets on my two most recent birthdays, and while the quality of the arrangements themselves has been superb, my family's experience retrieving them has not; it continues to weigh on my mind despite the distance from the experiences as well as the beauty of the product received.
My partner ordered flowers for my March 2018 birthday, which were to be delivered to my workplace as a surprise. When it was time for me to leave work for the day to meet up with him for our dinner reservation, he called repeatedly to subtly check in about my surprise, but I was still in the dark. By 5:00 PM, flowers had still not been delivered. After checking in with Molly Taylor & Co, he finally had to call me and tell me to stay at work and wait for my delivery, which I did, making us late for dinner. Worse, he was so sad to have to ruin his own surprise. It felt like the delivery had been totally forgotten about.
One time difficulty - okay, and with the gorgeous quality of the bouquet, he decided to use your company again this year (2019). I, in fact, encouraged him to do so. He placed the order, confirmed a morning pick-up, and asked my mom to pick them up while we both were at work. My mom arrived to Molly Taylor & Co. around 10:00 AM, safely after the 9:30 AM open advertised online, to find that the shop was closed until after noon for professional development. I certainly understand this is an important part of small business teams, but could this information not have been shared with my partner at time of order or pick-up confirmation? My mom was distraught to the point of tears that she could not complete the pick-up as hoped, and no one from Molly Taylor & Co picked up the phone or communicated with any of us until later in the day. Again, the arrangement was absolutely stunning, but it was hard to enjoy after having had my mom cry to me about disappointing both me and my partner on my birthday due to something as simple as notifying us of an accurate available pick-up time.response / report this review -

I needed flowers and ordered them in the afternoon for same day delivery. The company was very attentive to my needs. Their service was spectacular. They text me pictures of the flower arrangement before being delivered, and called me when it was on the way. They are not outrageously priced for what you are getting. I will definitely call them next time I need flowers in that area. I was told by the recipients how beautiful they were, which they would not say if it was not true.

Seeing as I selected this company based on the google reviews, I thought I should post my negative experience for others. I ordered an orchid last Thursday to be delivered to a friend on Monday. When I hadn't heard anything by Monday afternoon, I called the store and was told it was out for delivery. I left a pretty ticked off message this morning (Tuesday) cancelling the order and - surprise! the orchid was delivered later this morning. My friend told me it's beautiful but if you want something delivered for a special occasion as I did, I wouldn't use Molly Taylor and Co. Very disappointed.

We used Molly Taylor for our wedding this past November. I LOVE flowers, but know nothing about them. I knew I wanted something natural and beautiful, but had a hard time putting into words my vision. I met with Bailey who understood exactly what I was thinking. I was brought to tears when our flowers delivered, and was totally moved when I saw the setup of our ceremony and reception. I may be a bit biased, but I've never seen more beautiful flowers. Bailey was dedicated, communicative, professional, and Molly Taylor was an asset to the success and vision of a beautiful wedding day. So many of my guests complimented our flowers because they were truly beautiful and made the entire look come together. Thanks to you Bailey and everyone at Molly Taylor for helping make our vision come to life!

I called this morning to send a bouquet to my granddaughter in Hudson who had a recent injury. I wanted to cheer her up and this lovely bouquet did the trick with no extra charge! I will be using them again!!

This is now my favorite florist. They have helped me out twice and both times were last minute notices. I was greeted with a smile. Molly and Bailey really made me feel welcome. The floral arrangements looked fantastic and were loved by my wife. I will definitely shop there again and look to them for all my future needs. They are wonderful people. If you shop there you will not be disappointed.

I was in a bind and called Molly Taylor Floral Designs to put togher an arrangement for a birthday/Easter event. Not only was the arrangement delivered on time, It was the talk of the weekend. Great Job Molly and Bailey !!!!!! Everybody loved it.
