Honestly, I was not very impressed by the flowers. A couple of the roses were withering, not severely but all except the daisies were a bit dull looking. Some of the stems dont reach the water in the vase provided. One type of flower pictured in the display was not in the bouquet which was one of the reasons I picked it. The arrangement was not expertly thoughtful but it wasnt careless either. I mean it was an ok bouquet but she didn't seem too impressed when I handed them to her and she usually loves when I buy her flowers. This is the first time I went here and while the employees were nice I will probably choose elsewhere in the future.

I originally ordered flowers from here for my mom’s birthday and I had them going to her workplace. But because of timing and how long the delivery would take, it couldn’t work out. However, House of Flowers called me as soon as they processed my order to work things out and I got them sent to our home address with no problems! When they got here, my mother ADORED them!!! They’re her favorite color and even the vase matches! And several days later, the flowers are still just as vibrant and beautiful and alive as they day we got them, nothing has faded or even dropped yet! I will definitely order from here again!

I called to order flowers for our neighbor's Wedding Anniversary (her husband passed away with COVID in December). She's in Medina Hospital, so my family wanted to brighten her day. Lady who took my order was very kind when I told her why I was ording them. Neighbor called, told me the flowers are beautiful!! Everyone is enjoying them! Job well done, thanks!!

Ordered a boutonnière - it was not what I expected. I didn't think it was possible to mess up a silly boutonniere. The owner talks up a big game but fails to deliver. There was one VERY little flower on it (not even the correct color) with a missing petal. If you're going to go solo with one flower, make sure it's not defective. It was sad and busted, and they wanted full price of $20 for it.

They refused to give me another flower.. just wanted to send me off with this big gaping hole (flower was supposed to have 4 or 5 petals, imagine one of them gone - just a blank spot and no embellishment to hide it). It was embarrassing to hand out.

In the end, they GLUED a petal on - talk about OBVIOUS and BAD service. And it turned brown quickly. Smart bunch. They are a FLOWER shop but said they had NO flower to replace it with. Not one lousy little flower? Where did they yank that petal from to rig it up then?

Do yourself a favor - go to Giant Eagle and spend $6 on a boutenniere. This place is not worth the time or headache. They apparently have NO flowers! The owner is seriously an annoying woman -- talks your hear off in a low, mumble voice and over promises. People have places to go! And fix your parking lot lady, why is this allowed by the city? If you're so busy to run out of flowers, then you should be able to afford to maintain proper facilities. You operate out of a shack on a hazardous parking lot. Just as much pride as your flowers!

To the guy below, "they are always prompt and attentive" - you mean when you walk in and they stare at you like you're an alien? Don't have the decency to acknowledge you or say hello - just stare? Weird place! A Walmart worker is more attentive. Don't come to the Flower shop's aide to make fake reviews to cover up the real ones -- not fair to the public, sir. Move along.

I stop in a handful of times a year and they are always prompt and attentive. The creations they produce are always well received, fitting the situation perfectly. I have NEVER had an issue with product quality. I would highly recommend them for any floral needs.

My husband ordered flowers from here. When they arrived they were beautiful but they only lasted 6 days. That's ridiculous for a $100 arrangement.

Asked for a beautiful farmhouse themed arrangement and couldn't have been happier with what was delivered. She picked out a vintage looking galvanized vase, with a large sunflower, wild flowers, berries, and ferns. It was symetrical and full from top to bottom. Would most certainly recommend House of Flowers and will use them in the future.

Felt very uncomfortable walking in. The staff just stares at you while they are arranging flowers. Awkward. After several long moments, I was greeted by a low talking female that was difficult to understand. Did not feel comfortable and left after my inquiry, my wife's birthday is too important to risk. It looks like they had some unique ideas with gems but I did not see any displays that would give me an idea of the outcome. Oh and yea.. they should fix their parking lot, my car bounced pretty good in those potholes.

Poor quality and lack of pride. They do bare minimum and give out janky flowers with broken petals and brown spots. They refused to replace the dead flower and added hardly any embellishment. Terrible quality - would not recommend. Service is not that great either. It wouldn't surprise me if the employees wrote their own positive reviews here because this place should shut down! Overall product is skimpy and cheap looking. Better off getting a glue gun and doing it yourself!
