Going to Mohawk Honda is always a good experience. The last time I went in was for an oil change service, accompanied by a complimentary multi-point inspection. The customer service I received from Doug was excellent. He was helpful, professional, and I knew my vehicle was in good hands. While I was in the waiting room catching up on some work, the complimentary cookie and hot chocolate were delicious, too. The place has a great atmosphere. Mohawk Honda is my number one choice for my vehicles.

Even though we needed to do several repairs that were going to take some time, The team at Mohawk Honda made it a very comfortable visit. I am always thankful that Doug, our service representative, takes the time to share with us what is needed so we can understand immediate needs, and he is always honest about maintenance to anticipate. When he does this, he helps us know what to save for and be prepared. The guys in service took the time to show us the faulty parts which also helped with our decision. Had a great experience at the Mohawk Honda car dealership. The salesman did not try to pressure us too hard into acquiring a car, was honest about our prospects of leasing a car, and helped cut the price down $70 for a lease. It was easy and quick for a reliable car that I’m paying less on than the last car i bought.

Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to. It was easy to look at all the different styles to decide our top choice and work out a deal. Our salesperson, Matt Alverson, answered all our questions and was easy to contact by phone and email. He is a very easy-going sales person and we appreciated that. Tom Ryan went the extra distance when we had a mix-up on our old vehicle paperwork. John Barber explained all the protection packages clearly and didn't pressure us.

Weird experience. Was looking for a new Honda Fit. Both the sales reps asked more questions about my boyfriend than about me even though my boyfriend was just there accompanying me. I set up an appointment to finish the paperwork and the sales rep wasn't there when I came during our appointment time. Both the sales rep and finance remembered more facts about my boyfriend then they did about me. To top it all off, the sales rep thanked my boyfriend when I bought the car even though none of his money is involved. They raised the final price of the car significantly above what the sales rep and I had negotiated, and their exact response to my protest was "This is close enough."

They say that this place is a welcoming space to women, but that was not my experience.

This place just left a bad taste in my mouth.

Awesome experience! I just made my second new car purchase with Mohawk. I worked with John Higgins. He was professional, friendly, and he went above and beyond! I ended up having a hard time with my insurance company, John was able to get that cleared up for me as well. Overall great staff, and great vehicles!

We are now a Honda family, we own two Honda's now and I will never buy anything else. Chris was the best salesman we've ever dealt with. He made us laugh, helped us find the right car for our growing family and made us feel comfortable. Some of the other dealerships made us uncomfortable with their high pressure sales people. Chris made us feel calm and relaxed. This was by far the best car buying experience we've ever had and we will refer everyone we know to Mohawk Honda and Chris!

They managed to pull me back in even when I thought of going elsewhere. All of our negotiations were cordial and overall I found it to be a very positive experience. My wife's car (2010 Honda Accord EX-L ) got rear ended and suffered some significant damage. The repairs at the Collision Center were done in the time frame specified to absolutely impeccable quality. The paint matches perfectly and all panels and seams are straight and consistent. And to finish it off, they detailed the whole car for no extra charge. Outstanding quality and professional repair. Can't thank them enough. When I went to the dealership, I knew exactly what I wanted to buy. I was very impressed with the team environment and positive, helpful employees at Mohawk. Everyone I worked with took the time to explain all the details to me and answer any questions that I could think of. The excellent service didn't stop there thougheven after my purchase, the team followed up with me to ensure I was happy with my vehicle and worked with me to purchase another vehicle for a family member.

This was the easiest and least stressful vehicle purchase I've ever had!! I would highly recommend Mohawk to anyone.
