  I broke down after James replaced a thermostat on my RV and he came to where I was stranded as soon as he could to diagnose the issue and get me back on the road - very cool. Fortunately, I made it home. Unfortunately, my rig keeps breaking down and he's too busy to get back to me. I'm sure he and his partner did the best they could, but they couldn't finish the job.

  I originally contacted this service and was told three days in a row they'd be there in a couple hours then no called no showed, with me asking for an ETA going unanswered.
  
  They finally showed up, spitting dip all over the street the entire time they worked, in a truck that said "Daddy's Money and I'm Daddy" in big letters, which frankly I felt embarrassed by and considered unprofessional. Before they even opened the hood they started telling me I was wrong about what needed work with my car, and complaining about their colleagues to me.
  
  Every conversation felt borderline confrontational like I was inconveniencing them, instead of giving them business. When they were leaving they told me the part I got was no good and would probably break soon, after installing it and getting paid doing so.
  
  As soon as I drove it I noticed a terrible rattling and scraping noise. Something seemed to be rubbing my tire and now my pressure is low so I'm concerned there is a gouge. I told them something was wrong right away.
  
  That was three days ago, they promised to come each day since and haven't shown up. I asked to make an appointment time or get an ETA after being left in the lurch, and instead of making me one he argued that I was the reason for this, since he called once but he "never leaves voicemails" and that it was put together properly except for what they forgot to reattach.
  
  My car needs to go into the shop anyway now, and they were so unprofessional, unkind, and frustrating to work with only to end up with more problems then I had when they started. Take it to a shop and don't waste a week fighting with them like I did.

  I was four hours away from home on my delivery route and accidentally put regular gas into my diesel box truck (pump handle was green 🤦🏻‍♂️).
  
  They came out right away and started draining the contaminated tank. It turned out we needed a few more gas cans which they quickly acquired.
  
  Adding to my misery my credit card company disabled my credit card due to fraud concerns, and they were super patient while I needed several minutes to resolve that.
  
  Most companies would have charged me at least double or triple what their cost ended up being.
  
  I wouldn’t recommend anyone else in the Savannah area. If you call anyone else but these guys, you’ll just make your situation way worse!

  After a poor experience with another mobile mechanic who charged us a fee to tell us the starter was bad (which we already knew), these guys were super helpful and quickly came to replace the starter right in the hotel parking lot. They even noticed an additional issue with the vehicle and replaced a faulty wire. Highly recommend them!

  I was headed on my way to Maryland and my car broke down outside of Pooler Georgia and my serpentine belt flew off my water pump needed to be fixed I was stuck behind a gas station for three days Call All types if mechanics Everyone said they could get to me but not for a couple days one guy told me to 250 but he seems shady But the one guy that told me 325 I have a good feeling about so I went wit him good thing I did I only did he come fix my car he took me to the advance auto parts to get the parts and took me back to the auto parts store because one of the parts was wrong and then when we were fixing the water and one Of my thermostat bolts broke of in the engine and he came back at three in the morning and took to another guy shop to get fixed. He went out is way above and beyond what I asked him to do I really appreciate it I told him he as a customer and new friend for life he’s alrite for a white boy I guess🤪😁🤑
